Ordered food and when I picked it up somehow one of the orders only did a sandwich and not the combo. I asked if I could fix it to make it into a combo and was told no. They said I could buy fries and a drink separately. I explained that was a significant price difference if I did that as the combo was only 13.99 and fries and a drink alone came to more than that. I was told there was nothing they could do, so I asked for a refund. They said no. What kind of business refuses refunds with receipt in hand and food that hasn’t even left their hands!? I was told it wasnt their fault the order was wrong so why do I deserve a refund? I was like im aware its not your fault…all im asking is for it to be adjusted so i can eat my dinner!? Then they tried to say if I buy the fries they’ll give me a drink for free. Again I explain the price difference….and unfortunately $5 is $5 these days. Then they said that only a general manager can give refunds so if I want one I can call back tomorrow!? Frustrated I finally left…no drink…no fries…no refund…just piss poor customer service. I work in the same shopping center so its definitely unfortunate experience.

There was this old lady loud and disrespectful today. After ordering food, half of the stuff wasn’t printed in the receipt. She withheld the fries and started yelling and being rude just for asking, where is the fries. I will not go to this franchise again.

I had a bill of 17 dollars but my card was charged 21 dollars. The 20% tip was forced on me even the service was pathetic. Being a vegetarian i asked for a burger without meat and was charged 3 extra dollars for removing meet.

Ordered a burger and shake. The burger looks like it was thrown together and the bun is completely smashed. My milkshake is melted and ruined. No fries included. When i called to complain they did not care. The guy asked me “what do you want”.

Hands down, this Five Guys location is top-tier! We stopped by after finding out that one of our own business customers works here — he’s always been incredibly friendly, and that same welcoming attitude carried over into our experience at the restaurant.
From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and genuine. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. The veggie sandwiches were absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. Paired with their signature Cajun fries (which are addictive in the best way), it was an unbeatable combo.
Everything was clean, the food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was upbeat and inviting. We’re so glad we decided to give this spot a try — it exceeded expectations in every way. Can’t wait to come back!
