This was my first time in this establishment. As soon as I walked in thru the doors I was greeted immediately. The staff was patient with me as I browsed over the menu. There was no rushing me out the door like some places can be like. The food came out hot and fresh to my table. It was delicious. The place was clean and sanitized. I definitely recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at this location is wonderful. They are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. The food orders is always right. Love using the app to order and pick up. But sometimes i just take my granddaughter for and ice cream and she loves it there, especially Chelsea.

Received better advertising of ongoing deals and decided to take my family there to use the app. Started out fine no problems with the food but they did nickle and dime me for a BBQ sauce, half a crushed up oreo, and roughly 12 crushed MMs. It really came off as stingy. Instantly I realized why the chic fil a was always crowded and this place was always empty. Just make your costumers feel welcomed into your establishment. We are trying to give you a chance just dont keep making people uncomfortable. We are gifting you our money for a dairy queen experience. Dairy queen is not a neccesity if you treat your costumers like that they will notice. We will give them time to address the costumer service before we attempt another family meal.

Special shout out to Evelina! She was so sweet!! Held the door for us, greeted us with such politeness, helpful and patient during ordering, and brought our food to the table. Haven’t been to Dairy Queen in YEARS and don’t really go to Leesburg, but glad I did the other day. Makes me want to go back for a visit – I had a great Strawberry milkshake and Cheese Curds Btw! The team in the back were very nice too! Everyone at this location is so hard working!! YOU ALL ARE APPRECIATED!

We got the kids some fries and blizzards. Fries were fine. The blizzards did not have the hot fudge and the Reese’s were chopped finely and couldn’t even taste them. We called and told the manager he said bring it back. I told him we are 20 minutes away already on the way home. We told him we will be back in town Wednesday. He said bring the blizzards back on Wednesday. It’s Sunday.

My wife and I ordered two 4 piece chicken tenders tossed in barbecue sauce and we received two plain chicken tenders boxes we asked the young lady at the drive through window for our correct order the young lady informed us all she could do was give us the sauce on the side. That is not we ordered and she refused to give us a receipt as well. This is not proper service. We will not be returning to this establishment for this poor type of customer service.

This is my favorite fast food place in Leesburg. Been going to this location for a few years now. All the other fast food places surrounding are garbage in my opinion. Both in value, and service. Always see the same workers busting their tails. Tells me that they are good workers who actually care. Extremely rare these days. The fries are ALWAYS FRESH! Can’t say that about any others. Keep up the good work. It’s definitely appreciated.
