Hours of operation not what they say. Pulled up to drive through window at 7:00 A.M. no response from anyone to take my order. Waited for 3 minutes before driving away from the order screen. When I drove around to the front to leave 1 person was leaning over the counter looking at there phone.

STOP – DON’T GO HERE. Kaitlyn was the cashier and she was struggling. For starters my son told her he had a nut allergy. She then announced it to the whole restaurant and kitchen staff. The manager comes over and says we have to read the ingredient info on the wall. We already knew that, but she raised her voice at us. My son always lets people know up front. Fortunately, he could tell that the restaurant staff was struggling with themselves.
The restaurant was not overly busy, but you’d think it was packed by their response and how nervous they acted.
The one gentleman we saw who was preparing all the food was the only one who seemed with it and he did the entire order correctly.
Now the kitchen floor visible to all us guests was disgusting. Take a look at the pictures.

The sodas tasted like they had been made with cleaning fluid. Just through them in the trash after having to wait for 15 minutes for two Dave Singles sandwiches. Won’t go there again ever…the staff are the worst.

Very disappointed with my last order at Dave Ward Wendy’s in Conway, Ar – was not informed until we arrived they didn’t have chili – my card was already charged and app shows order was picked up – when I tried to call about a refund phone just says nobody is available to take my call and hangs up –
Yes, I was offered substitutes I was not interested in or I was told I could come back in 2-3 hours and maybe they would have some then . My reason for calling and not asking about a refund at the window is after we were told we could come back the person in the window quit acknowledging us so we drove away and I called before leaving the parking lot –

The food was still Super Fresh I thought maybe you know after years of Gone by that the Baconator wouldn’t taste the same oh no it was absolutely amazing the french fries were fresh the frosty was fresh I am really appreciated it because I’ve had Burger King recently and I really got was let down by them like just the other day I had him it was fine but a couple weeks back or like I’m over a month ago I had a delivery and boy was it not the same at all I was like this is not funny everything that was in that bag of food was just pathetic I was just like what the hell happened I said an off day that everybody call in sick and nobody got like the fresh lettuce and a tomato and the pickles like what the hell is going on here and the hamburger patties seems like smaller like it wasn’t for the Whopper I swear Wendy’s still surprises me thank you Wendy’s

I’ve never been to a Wendy’s restaurant where the staff was so unprepared for customers. All of the sodas were empty. The floor was filthy. The staff definitely demonstrated by their attitudes that they do not like working there or waiting on customers. The atmosphere was depressing and I wish we had not gone there. The entire store as far as I could observe was dirty. My drink cup had something sticky on it and we had to ask for refills for Diet Coke since it wasn’t available in the dine in area. I’m not sure how they managed to take our order and prepare it, and serve it lukewarm, not fresh. Not going back to that Wendy’s ever!

The food was horrible the jr bacon cheeseburger was a grease burger. Look like I put Vaseline on my lips and hands. Wrapper that it was in full of grease on top of that the burger was messed up didn’t put what I asked on it then loaded it down with MAYO!!! Bacon was rubber just A MESS!!!! When I asked about the prices and they explained I was like ok just give it to me as I was driving off the young man at the window yells OH MY GOD and he’s lucky I wasn’t close enough to stop!!! Yeah that was my last time going couldn’t even eat it and didn’t want to waste my gas going back or my breathe of calling so instead I’m making a review!!! I gave 2 stars because my son burger was made right and he was able to enjoy his!!!

Wow. Dirty location even though they had just opened for breakfast. The tables and even the kitchen floor apparently were not cleaned after closing the night before. Flies everywhere. Carpet in dining room stinks and there’s mold in the dining area. Food was cool at best…stupid of us to have eaten here at all. Find somewhere else to eat.
