I ordered a catfish nugget/4 jumbo shrimp combo plate and T-bone steak dinner. T-bone steak meal looked fine, but the catfish nugget/shrimp combo was nothing but a kids meal. There were 6 nuggets, 7 with a clump of breading.
I called and was told it was the chef (who got on the phone with the same excuse) about it was a hand full of nuggets given. I have gone to this place over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Piss poor excuse and meal!!! Never again will I patronize them location.

Stop by the pops and grill on bellefontaine. To get a two-piece catfish and fries. when I made it home to eat it i notice the fish was not done. The owner said for me to bring it back after taking it back I told the owner that I don’t believe this is catfish I order catfish and he told me that he sale tilapia instead of catfish. And I said no I ordered catfish. And he told me that it was catfish tilapia. And I said sir know it’s either catfish or tilapia which tilapia is cheaper than catfish so you guys need to be aware of when you ask for catfish you are being sold tilapia and being charge the price of catfish. And I will be reporting them to the better Business bureau

I was in the area and I was wanting something to eat so I stopped in at Pop’s Grill, Fish & Chicken, I just want to say that they have definitely got the best philly cheesesteak sandwiches that I have eaten! I got the small and it’s going to take me two sittings to finish it! The fries are absolutely delicious they’re crispy and well seasoned! And the price was outstanding for what I received. Just to say as long as I’m in this area I will be back to try more of your menu!

The food here used to be great when they first open but every time I visit now it is horrible the fries are never fresh and the chicken look old and dark. It seems like they frying the food for the day and just letting it sit to you order it. The fries are always soft and not crunchy or crispy at all.

Customer service is trash , the person taking the order mad at me cause I’m calling him out on his BS . First issue was I changed my order from grilled chicken to grilled steak , he said they already started cooking it when I called back in to state I Dnt want grilled chicken but steak , this is literally 3 minutes with me calling back for my mistake for saying grilled chicken , but at first the customer service response he gave as in oh well , cause it’s already being cooked , so he bribed m me like please dnt cancel the cook already mad from mistakes of other orders . ACCOUNTABILITY OWN UP TO THAT for saying grilled chicken instead of grilled steak .Me trying to support cause I could have easily went to any other restaurant with same food and probably much more better customer service .I Go in to pay and he give me a whole different amount than on the phone , smiled and smurked whole time I’m in the store as if they was on BULLSHIT . Left to go home which isn’t far to realize they didn’t fix order right , AS CHEESE IS NOT ON THE ITEMS WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR , called to address the issue and he spoke over me and disconnected . CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAY A BIG PART ! LEARN THAT ESPECIALLY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Will not order from this location again. Had my order repeated back to me over the phone and it was still wrong when I got there. Had to place order for what was missing when I got there and was told it’ll be 10 minutes turn out to be 20 minutes. The cook in the back knew I was upset though I wasn’t being disrespectful he just kept staring at me. I asked for pickles and onions for the 3 fish plates that I order and they ball the pickles and onions up in aluminum foil. Food was ok fish was not crispy per my request. I’m good this location will not get $60 from me again.
