Right out of the gate, our waitress brought us waters, including my 5 year old, in the most gigantic cup filled to the tippy top. As she was putting them on the table, she paused, “would you like these in kids’ cups?” My children vowed to be careful, wanting to be big, and within 30 seconds my 8 year old spilled one. “Wow. Why was that filled so full?” #SawThatComing #NoBiggy
We ordered Honey BBQ wings. They came out looking not-bbq, and were super spicy. The waitress couldn’t confirm, brought them to the kitchen, and came back with clearly honey bbq. Delicious.
BOTH platters had pieces of black celery right on top (see pics). I don’t understand how someone can “clean” them, someone cut them, someone put them on the plate, and our server served them; everyone along the way thinking that’s okay.
The Mac and cheese looked like a cheap boxed variety, but thankfully my son said it was “the bestest ever.”
After finishing our food, we waited 20 minutes to see our server again.
Then the bill! Everything was 4% higher than what was listed on the menus. I didn’t cause a fuss bc I was SO ready to get out of there.
We went there for our school’s spirit night, but we didn’t see anyone else there from our school, which felt like another red flag!

Came here on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Had heard really good things.
Coffee was the only item I would say is not top-tier (B-), everything else was outstanding. The prices are great for the amount of food that you get in the hashbrowns are extra crispy just like waffle House. My wife got the crabcakes Benedict and the crab tasted fresh and was , a massive amount for the money. Worth every penny. Super affordable.
It was decently busy for 10 o’clock in the morning, but I’ve heard this place gets very busy very fast.
What absolutely come back again looking forward to other items on the menu, including the omelettes and the skillets selection

Years ago I came here, ordered a burger that was burned on the outside and 100% raw meat on the inside. It takes a certain craftsmanship to achieve that. I hadn’t come back in YEARS. Until TODAY. I came in, sat at the bar, put in my order and waited. Others came in sat at the bar beside me, ordered, ate, finished, and sat and socialized. I continued to wait. The waitress was perfectly polite and fine no issues there.
Well after an exorbitantly long wait, finally I was handed a plate partially filling my order. I ordered deep fried chicken and gravy breakfast with eggs scrambled lite and grits. I was told the chicken was coming. I received a plate with scrambled eggs and hash browns (not grits). I felt insulted that not only did I have to wait until others came after me and were already finished, but that I got whatever they had ready to throw on a plate. And I wanted to eat the chicken together with the eggs. I can’t rate the food, I didn’t eat it. I refused to wait on them to hunt down a chicken and rush it through the kitchen, and the eggs were already cooling down.
I got up and went to Mimi’s Good Food, like I should have done to start with. I have to cut this review short as my food is already ready here at Mimi’s!

The food is excellent and prices are fair. This is the only cafe in the area that reminds me of home. Very warm and inviting. I really enjoy taking my family out for breakfast after church . Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Stop in for lunch or breakfast you won’t be disappointed.

Service was great. Friendly and very polite. Several Tv’s there to catch a game. Prices weren’t too bad either.

Not sure what the hype really was. With tip, over $40 for 2 people with only a Diet Coke and water to drink for lunch. Not sure how a basic cheeseburger can essentially cost the same as another burger with lots of toppings, sauces and bacon on it. Fries were crispy, but had no seasoning. Prob won’t be back.

I been going to this place for 8 years the food is great breakfast is my favorite. I went on a Thursday night with my kids for the wing deal like I have before. the guy at the front sitting people was very rude not polite at all. Stared at my kids and myself like in disgust he decided to tell the other young men to sit us towards the back but there was opening in the front of the house. I won’t be going back for sure.

The food is standard sports bar/diner kind of food. The food sits a little a heavy and isn’t something I eat often, but the food is fine. The staff is always nice which makes the experience better and the vibes are fine.

This place was pretty good. The staff is friendly and really responsive. You can tell they all get along. It stays fairly packed out. The food was pretty tasty as well. I had a croissant with bacon, eggs, and cheese with hash browns. The hash browns were a great mix of crunchy and delicious grease. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and soft. I’d go back here again.
