Came into this location today for the first time for their Veterans Day special. The lady who greeted me was super sweet and made small talk while I waited in line. The place was clean despite being so crowded with patrons. The chicken salad sandwich and grape salad I got was amazing! I didn’t even eat if for several hours after bringing it home but it was still delicious and fresh tasting. Will definitely be back in the future to pay full price.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy sandwich and a scoop Lauryn’s lemons basil and grape salad. I called the store because my meal was not prepared right. Barely had chicken salad on my sandwich and the grape salad was not Prepared correctly. I called and spoke to the manager which he offered to do a remake the next time I came in. Today i had time to go back to the store and the same manager was there and remade my order. When I got home this time everything was correct but the grape salad. It was not prepared the chicken salad chick way. Seems like they have a lot of young kids that work at this location. Employees were loud and obnoxious. I will not be eating at the location again. The chicken salad was great BUT the new lady at the cash register wants to tussle over the crackers. I have always ordered the meal that comes with TWO scoops of chicken salad. In the past, I was ALWAYS politely given extra crackers because the meal comes with an extra scoop of chicken salad. The new lady at the register gave me three packs (2 crackers per pack) for TWO healthy scoops of chicken salad. When I asked for additional crackers she told me that they don’t normally give out more than 3 packs of crackers per order, which is false. I will go to the Homewood location from now on since they are more accommodating to simple requests

First time here and I was looking forward to it. The ordering was confusing and the girl at the register didn’t really know how to explain it. The chicken salad was good but 1/3 of the spring mix was brown and no good. It was enough that the person making the salad should have seen it. The broccoli salad flavor was good but the broccoli was minced into tiny pieces. Will not be returning after this bad first experience.

I know most people write bad reviews when their order is wrong, but our wrong order today really warrants a 5 star review. We live far away from the restaurant and when we got home we noticed the wrong chicken salad was mistakenly put on my husband’s sandwich. I called to let them know and the man who answered the phone was so kind and helped me right away with a refund. Later, his manager, Antonia called me back to assist further and was equally as kind. I’m just so impressed at how well integrated kindness is into the culture of this location and I will be forever loyal in return. Thank you so much for the incredible experience! And the good food!

Ordered through a delivery app and my order was wrong, didn’t have Mac n cheese, grape salad but ordered broccoli and my sandwich didn’t have bacon. I am very disappointed and the ticket even had the right items so it’s hard to understand how so much was wrong.

Awesome lighter meals! Great place to avoid greasy heavy foods. Enjoy having such a better option. It is REALLY TASTY too!!! Never had a better chic salad with 12 varieties if you like it sweet, cheesy, spicy, buffalo, bbq or even lemon basil. Pemento cheese is also offered in single scoops to be eaten with crackers or you can choose a sandwich or opt for turkey club or BLT with your choice of chic salad. Sides are soups, mac n cheese, fruit and pasta or broccoli salad. Buttercream cookies are like a BETTER loft house cookie. Haven’t had any complaints in the 8 or so times I have ordered. Even the dill pickle spears are delish!

Listen here family! That chicken salad was made by God himself lol! I’m talking about cut up the chicken and stirred it with the staff he gave Moses! This is the best chicken salad ever and I got some pretty good chicken salad. It was so good that I bought extras to take home and not share with my husband. The employees was great and they let me sample a variety of what they had on the menu. If you haven’t been I suggest you go try it!

I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad with the broccoli salad. Both were good. I was disappointed with the kids meals as they were processed. The PBJ sandwich was Uncrustables and the mac and cheese was definitely not freshly made.
So a decent place for adults, not so much for kids.
