Very welcoming environment, friendly staff, drinks are ALWAYS delicious. Food is always burning my tongue! The barista named Jose? Was super friendly, he had my order made when I walked in. Transaction was flawless. Dining area was clean and maintained.

Waited 20 min in the drive thru for a mobile order today. I grab a coffee about 3 times a week and everytime the wait is over 15 mins from order to when the drink is ready. Don’t be in a hurry

Terrible service asked for a venti caramel Frappuccino and recieved a grande in the drive through. I asked for a venti and they tried making me pay for it even though I already payed like $13 for a venti Frappuccino and a mangodragon fruit drink. Woman] refuses to give me what I asked for a ended up just keeping my money. I go there almost every day and this time I had a terrible experience. Would not recommend 0 stars.

Website said they opened at 5am, got here at 5:45, could see workers inside. Posted times on the door said they opened at 5:30. Tried to go inside the the store because nobody responded in the drive thru and the doors were locked. Neither staff came over to even acknowledge me. Super poor customer service. Would never go back.
