Hands down, this place is the best in Seattle! I’ve been searching for Vietnamese restaurants with good Pho. This place really hits the spot! I also ordered spicy beef noodle to-go. I was shocked how good it was when I finally tried it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

So happy this place is finally open! Came for dinner last night and ordered the Saigon Oi pho with truffle bone marrow, the Banh Hoi Dac Biet (four different meats, including chao thom), the bò lá lốt (grilled beef wrapped in lolot leaves), and truffle fries. When I say everything was incredible, I’m not exaggerating.

The massive beef rib in the special pho might honestly be better than Pho Bac’s (which feels wild to even say). I also loved the pork sausage that came with the Banh Hoi Dac Biet. The sauce served with the bò lá lốt had this deep, addictive umami flavor—the owner’s daughter mentioned they add fresh pineapple to it.

We didn’t get alcohol, but we did order a pot of jasmine green tea. It was just a tea bag, yet somehow incredibly fragrant.

Everything was so flavorful it was almost unbelievable. PLEASE GO!! Bring your friends and family, help keep this family place in business.

A very, very nice and delicious Vietnamese restaurant on 21st & Madison Street. We had a great time, excellent food, great service, brand new decor, and authentic Vietnamese beer (Saigon and Hanoi beers). The Bahn Mi sandwich, which we took to-go, was AWESOME! Huge and with a very fresh French roll and excellent chicken inside. The menu is very diverse and fairly priced. So yummy!! The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back soon.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had a good reason to leave a review and let me tell you, Saigon Ói! is the REAL DEAL! The Phó broth was spot on and the portions were perfect! Plenty of meet and noodles, possibly could have had a bit more Thai basil to garnish but likely it’s enough for the avg person. I can’t say enough good things, I typically order a side of fatty broth to go with my pho, I spaced it and honestly there was no reason I would have needed it. Flavor profile was that good. The service was great, immediately felt welcome and the staff was very polite. The parking scenario can be a bit tricky, but not impossible and definitely worth the small walk if needed. Of all the Vietnamese cuisine I’ve tried in WA since moving from PaTX this likely the best I’ve had!

Amazing experience! The bun bo hue was so flavorful and filling, as was the special pho. The broths are so divine you’ll wanna take every drop home if you don’t finish while you’re dining in. Also, most thoughtful service I’ve experienced in Seattle in 3 years of living here. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Lovely family-owned restaurant! Ordered the Saigon Oi bowl for $33 which came with torched truffle bone marrow, generous portions of filet mignon, and a tender beef rib on the bone. Noodle texture was perfectly soft and chewy. Best pho I have ever had. Only thing I would recommend is adding a salt shaker to the tables to pair with the bone marrow. 🙂
