The food was delicious. The beef sliders/chips n’ guacamole were tasty. The bar has a variety of alcoholic beverages. Andy was the evening host for today. He did an excellent job attending to guests and made an outstanding espresso martini. This gentleman made the evening. Thanks Andy.

Avoid at All Costs – Mother’s Day Buffet Nightmare

I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disappointing our experience was at this so-called restaurant buffet on Mother’s Day. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen.

First and foremost, the fact that we were expected to bus our own tables at a buffet is beyond comprehension. Isn’t the whole point of dining out to be served and pampered, especially on a special occasion like Mother’s Day? Absolutely unacceptable.

Let’s talk about the food – or should I say, the lack thereof. The selection was pitiful, and what little was available was bland, mismatched and unimpressive. It was clear that quality was not a priority for this establishment. How they have the audacity to charge for such subpar fare is beyond me. ($55)

And don’t even get me started on the service, if you can even call it that. The staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in providing even the most basic level of customer care. It was like pulling teeth just to get a drink refill, let alone have our empty plates cleared off the table.

In conclusion, save yourself the time, money, and inevitable frustration by avoiding this buffet at all costs. There arem plenty of other dining options out there that actually value their customers and know how to provide a decent meal. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and should be avoided like the plague.

I would have loved to give it more then 3 stars, as food was good, waiter was awesome considered his circumstance, Ahi a bit over cooked but still good, but to have one person who takes the orders, gets the food and bartends so not fair. Hopefully you pay your employees well.

I dropped in late with no plans as I was tired from driving. The front staff were very friendly and secured a room which was large and very quiet. The hotel is fresh, comfortable and has a really nice feel about it. It is also very well priced compared to up the road in Santa Rosa. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We attended their Mother’s Day brunch buffet, but the food selection was incredibly limited and lacked flavor. The offerings were basic, with only noodles, chicken curry, brisket, and pork available. Considering the price, the lack of variety and taste made it feel like it wasn’t worth it.

My friends and I went for their Mothers Day brunch and it was awful. We paid $55 per plate for flavorless noodles, over cooked benedict and curry chicken. The selection was very weird. We had to clear our own table and and had to track down a employee to pay. Thanks for making me feel right at home where I had to take care of myself even though I left home to be taken care of. If this was the restaurant doing a special event for Mothers they definitely missed the mark. I’d hate to see what they normally serve from the kitchen.

My husband had the pan seared salmon and it was so delicious. Decent wine list but the best thing was the service. Barbara was friendly, attentive and a hard worker. She was basically running the operation with only another guy, including tending to people at the bar. I was very impressed with her disposition and desire to help. Management, please give this lady a raise!!

Worst breakfast menu I’ve seen at any hotel. You can only order plain lifeless uninteresting choices from a lifeless menu. It is as though this is a nursing home where residents come to perish.

Upper management should be forced to order from what is provided. Be proactive in improvement, hire a excellent chef to update menus and train cooks.

There are so many foods that have long shelf life’s to prepare in advance to have on hand for diversity.

Having many choices for ingredients just means less of each in one order. Seasonings, not sustenance.

Having a manager design food menus is like having a veterinarian build your house. Don’t expect any refinements.
