We came for dinner for my 6-yr-olds birthday because she LOVES noodles and it’s not as expensive as a fancier noodle restaurant.
The kids meals were priced well, but the adult meals were too expensive for what you get. I got the pulled pork Mac n cheese and it was pretty good.

First of all I want to say the service wasn’t great. Very basic and unpleasant. I ordered the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and am throughly unimpressed. The flavors are lacking severely and the chicken was that I remember eating at a cafeteria school. Taste was terrible and the wait was crazy long and the place only had two other people in it. Don’t know if they opted for cheaper ingredients, but it sure taste like it.

Took my son here for a special lunch date. He got the Mac and cheese, which he loved. My dish was also great.
First impression was that the dishes were not very big, but we were filled and almost could not finish the meal. My son was also filled, which is a difficult task for this teenager.

I went with my family and we had some delicious food and had some lovely ambience for a reasonable price! I had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese, my older sister had the barbeque Mac and cheese, and my youngest sister had the pesto cavatappi, and my mom had a salad.

Dirty floor everything sticky. All tables dirty food leftovers on them. Restrooms disgusting. 6 Employees are standing around making jokes. with only 4 customers inside they could be cleaning.

The worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. At first look the place was a complete mess we had to clean our own table in order to sit down. While ordering we were informed that they were out of anything chicken or shrimp we we also informed that they were out of some sauces. We ordered what we could and then cleaned our table and sat down. When we went to get our drinks everything was out except coke and water. When i let the cashier know that the machine was out I got the response ” I’m sorry I thought the manager had taken care of that” i then proceeded to wait. After about a half an hour 3 of our four dishes arrived. When asked about the fourth dish they realized they had forgotten the fourth dish and had not prepared it. The drink machine still had not been refilled or fixed. I waited another 15 minutes and demanded to take to a manager. I explained what we had experienced and all i got was ” I’m sorry” i then asked for a store managers phone number and informed him of the problems. And so far have not received any compensation for the drinks we did not get.

Ordered the macaroni and cheese with chicken along with a shrimp penne pasta. I received buttered noodles with dry, burned chicken and the penne pasta had zero sauce with zero seasoning on the shrimp. The shrimp was raw and cold too. Absolutely the worst Noodles and Company that I have ever had. So disappointing.

I got mac and cheese and added pulled pork. The pork was inedible and the smell/appearance of the whole meal made it so I didn’t want to eat any of it.
