The food was good. I got the premium fish sandwich and the new peach rolls and my friend got a Reuben sandwich and an apple turnover. The person receiving the order (at the drive through) missed ordering the Reuben sandwich, so we had to drive back around to order it again. We didn’t go inside so don’t know about the atmosphere.
My friend loves the Reuben sandwich and always orders it. I wait for the fish sandwich to be available each winter, so I was happy too

Fish sandwich was so overcooked, hard on the outside, all dried up inside. Bun was not fresh. We got two sweet potato fries instead of one sweet potato and one curly. Our order was just two fries and three sandwiches and it’s all messed up. Every experience I’ve had with this Arby’s has been bad.

I visit this Arbys on a semi regular basis and this time had horrible customer service. It literally took 10 min to order my food with only 2 people in front of me then another 10 minutes before the food was ready. Employees were yelling at each other and wondering around. The trash cans were pilled so high that people started leaving trash on the tables. They also got our order incorrect. The food itself was hot and tasted good.

Hadn’t eaten @ Arby’s for YEARS!! That’s going to continue Sandwich was gross, they were out of sauce for the mozz sticks, but they didn’t tell me that until after i got my order & discovered a berry dipping sauce instead of marinara…so i went back inside. Never again ♀️

Great food and service every time. That said, don’t think about dining in without a heavy coat (year round). Not sure why it’s kept this way but it is always super cold. Definitely better off with carry out/drive through so you can eat the food before it gets cold. Everything else is awesome.
