We got this again. It was clean, fast, and we got to use the kiosk this time and that was fast. It took about 10 minutes to get all of our food (maybe because we ordered off of the kiosk) and got our drinks almost immediately. The chicken was just a little dry but the crispiness of the chicken in my chicken sandwich, the extra pickles, and the best fries ever made up for it. Also got a medium drink and looked like a large at other places.

My bill was 45.76 and these immature people that work here refused to give me the drink that I ordered…. we ordered 3 chicken strips combo with two coke and one sprite… they gave me fanta instead of the sprite. They insisted not to give me the sprite, then I threatened them about calling the cops on them, then they rushed and gave it to me! Anyway my order was missing the fries and the mashed potatoes and the sauces, when I asked them about it, they got an attitude! That place is garbage, they need to teach their employees how to treat customers, one of the employees showed me some gang signs and he is ready to pick up a fight with me! I will never go to this chicken joint again.

I ordered our food on the app well shopping at the mall. The food was ready quickly but , there were items missing from the order so it was a good think i opened the stapled closed bag before I left for home. Also they did not have the frozen strawberry lemonade only mango. Not a hugh deal but the mango was not advertised on the app. The server seemed annoyed when I asked for the missing items.

We got the 5 pc chicken fingers with Mac and cheese and Mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese was gross, the Mashed potatoes had a piece of Brillo pad in the potatoes. When I went to exchange the Mac and cheese the Manager said that is what Mac and cheese is. Finally after telling her about the Brillo pad she exchanged it for another side. Poorly run franchise with no attention to food quality!

We door dashed a big order tonight and they missed over half the order, they forgot the biscuits that we paid for, and all the sauces. My chicken tenders were dry and disgusting (see photo) . My wife’s Mac and cheese looked pathetic and tasted insanely bland. We will not be back.

This place has the worst quality and service. I placed custom orders. All the pieces came out over cooked. I couldn’t tell which ones were classic and which ones were spicy. When i went to the store to pick up my order, the staff seemed clueless that there was an online order. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Do not go there. Tried to order the Hot ones menu only to be told by cashier they dont have it. Its literally on the board behind you. Then I had to move over to a different cashier who said the same thing. Its literally on the board. Manager finally rings it in. They give me plain chicken. I asked where the hot ones sauce was and the worker tosses a pack of hot sauce at me. Not whats advertised. Not what I ordered. No one at this location spoke or understood English well. Thats obviously a problem. One and done. Never again. I will make sure no family or friends go either.

Had a disappointing experience today at this Popeyes location. I waited over 30 minutes for my order (order #21), and it never even showed up on the “Now Preparing” screen. Meanwhile, later orders like #31 and #32 were being delivered, which was frustrating.
I approached a team member named Anna to ask about my order. She didn’t speak a word, just made some gestures and handed it to me — no explanation or apology. When I checked, one of the two fries I ordered was missing. I pointed it out and she insisted I only ordered one, even though I showed her the receipt clearly showing two. She finally gave me the second fries, but still no apology.
The staff was rude, and the service was careless. For such a long wait and a mistake on the order, at the very least an apology or a small gesture like a refund or free item would’ve been appreciated. Customer service seriously needs improvement here.
