I purchased a wing combo from the Opelika location, and when I got home, I discovered the fries were essentially raw. It seems they were just dropped in the grease to unthaw and then immediately taken out, leaving them uncooked and inedible. While the wings themselves were okay, the fries ruined the meal. Proper cooking and attention to quality are essential, especially for takeout, and this experience was very disappointing.

The burger was a whopper Jr, the wings were tiny, no celery, chicken tenders were tasteless and the cheese fries had very little cheese sauce. Very disappointing to say the least. All served in to go containers and honestly, all items could be better served out of a food truck.

I ordered food on 12/31 and was told my food would be ready at 3:30. When i arrived the place was closed and no one picked up. Two days later talked to the manager and was told I would get a full refund on 1/5. Now it’s been a week and nothing. I’ve been to the store and tried to talked to someone and the girl at the front desk was very rude. Zero stars for me and I will never go back

yummy yummy in my tummy! food is always fantastic and the employees are nice. the wait for food is a bit longer than other burger joints but i think the flavor makes up for it. it’s always super cold in here, so bring a jacket if you plan on eating in.

New to this place now i eat here 3 or 4 times a week. I like the idea of whatever you order is made fresh . What I do not like is the constant mistakes at the order or from the kitchen. However when its wrong they fix it but I also see alot of waste cause they throw it away. Just slow down listen better or read better. I usually have my food delivered to me and by then its too late to fix cause its delivered incorrectly.

Atmosphere was great. Place was empty but clean. My first time eating here. The wings were soggy. I hate mushy wings but maybe I should have said “crispy” the fries weren’t good and the sprite didn’t taste right. I’ll try again….:MAYBE! Maybe I’ll get the rice instead of fries.

I have waited1 hr for my food. They messed one of the orders up and we had to wait for fried rice. All the food was cold. No apology other than “they messed it up in the back”. Will not be back
