The last 4-5 time in to this establishment we were served by Dillon. He is a fantastic manager. Very professional and and could tell that he cares about how his business is doing.

I want to start off by saying I gave this place multiple chances before writing this review. My fiancé and I have been here many times and every single time has been the same. It takes us about 25-30 minutes to get our food when we only order about 4 things. When we get the food it’s cold. Tonight, my fiancé was already waiting over 20 minutes, and he watched an employee order her food, then place her order in front of the other orders in line, including ours. By the time we got our food, it was cold and poorly made. Granted I know this is a fast food restaurant but the employees should try to have some standards of service.

The lobby was sub par in cleanliness, the staff wasn’t very helpful at all when it came to finding info out on specials. They seemed to be in a hurry. Ignored me when I tried talking to someone about my order. The lobby floor and a couple of tables had wrappers, liquid, or something on them that made then sticky. Maybe next time will be better?…

Used to come this location 3 to 5 times a week. They have THE WORST staff. Why do you have people on the microphone that can’t talk or don’t want to talk to people. Rudest staff oh and not to mention they have the highest prices in town and no longer offer the online box. Even though all the other Spokane stores do. Greedy owners trying to milk every last cent out of Cheney and its students. I really hate this place is there a single good business owner. If you wanna know what your Taco Bell is way less busy than any other one maybe start paying attention

There’s no way the store isn’t open during its posted hours because your managers only had one single person opening. Your managers need to learn how to keep every shift staffed, and that poor employee needs a raise.
Update: Went back at 4:00PM instead, the person running the window was either geeked, socially inept, or just a rude lady. She SNATCHED my card and practically threw my food at me, and seemed annoyed that I was ordering food. The quesadilla wasn’t even good, and they couldn’t even melt the cheese all the way. Mind you it was dead, so there wasn’t even a reason to be so curt.

Ordered on the app waited in drive in line for a half an hour. Finally decided to go to front desk instead. They had the front door locked with a bike chain. The other front door was locked the traditional way. Customers were inside but they weren’t allowing new ones in even when a customer went to open the door for me the lady behind the counter said no and would not let me in. I called them on the phone and asked what the problem was she said they were “to busy” and that is why their door was jury rigged with a bike chain. I asked why there was no sign she said she was too busy. I’m now back in the drive through line and it has been another 15 minutes with no car movement pictures included. The lady through the window is the one directing this circus of fail.

decided to grab a cheese quesadilla as a quick snack on my way to a buddy’s place. ordered that, a drink and a regular size nacho fry. the fries were cold, like cold enough to be off putting. and on top of that my quesadilla looks like it didn’t even see the heat, the cheese didn’t melt anywhere but the edges it was also cold to the touch. overall very disappointing and if your in the area i recommend just getting mcdonald’s or any of the other numerous places that serve food to cheney

I love yall but seriously as a customer and a delivery driver for you guys please for the love of god fix your online hours if you close at 2am on a Sunday put it on here instead of letting us get to the store and having to go through a long cancelation process and wasted time and gas getting here when it would have been nice to look on here instead and see that you’re still either supposed to be open or didnt take the time to fix your closing hours on here.

This honestly might be the worst Taco Bell. Have given them 3 tries since moving here and it’s gotten worse each attempt. Replaced all the meat in our items with potatoes for some reason. All the tortillas were stale and I don’t even know what we got. One was a soft taco throw into a burrito and wrapped up. I thought we were being pranked. At least living here will help stop my Taco Bell addiction.
