I love their Detroit style pizza. The sauce, the crust, the sausage are all distinct and what makes it so good! All their Super Slice options are offered daily and are different each day. They used to have a salad bar before the pandemic. This locations seating area is clean as most use their drive through and do not dine here. Service is pretty fast.

This location has severely gone down hill. We ate dine in which is seems most people do not as we ate around dinner time and there was no other customers inside on a Saturday. The tables were all dirty. I went to get a soda from the soda machine and a ton of black stuff came out into my Mnt dew, I then checked the other machine and same thing. These soda machines in the lobby are disgustingly dirty!! This location would be so much better if they just kept up with cleaning, they have nice seats and tables. The staff in the kitchen was also listening to music with constant swearing on a Bluetooth speaker or something that we could hear from the lobby the whole time even though we sat all the way in the back which I didn’t appreciate since I had my son with me.

Ordered a pizza and it was delicious and well made. I like that they are making improvements to the store. They have a new outdoor sign. Spruces it up a bit and makes the neighborhood look better.

This location was embarrassing. All the staff where cursing and arguing, the manager didnt want to come out the back to help crew members with issues they were having with customers and orders. When arriving to the store to pick up my food, no one was on the same page about the order, we were told to pull up, but we declined due to it being issues with our order and the lobby being locked. After declining to pull up the manager was heard telling crew members “if they don’t want to pull up they not getting their food”. I believe my food was given away, and I was given an order that was sitting in the window. When I returned home, I come to find out my breadsticks were crunchy like croutons, and my pizza had too much sauce on it making my pizza crust very soggy and nothing about the pizza gave fresh.

Took the family last weekend. Place was very clean, food was hot, fresh & tasty, and the staff was very friendly & eager to serve. Don’t sleep on this place, go get you some Rocky’s!

The customer service was terrible. The workers just stood behind the counters and was not helping the customers. I had a pick up order and my food was sitting behind the counter for 15 minutes before they gave my food to me. The floor was nasty and did not looked like this place has been cleaned in a long time.

I’m sorry but I absolutely love Rocky’s. I have never had bad food, or bad service. Pizza is my favorite food, don’t believe me, talk to my huggable lovable belly. My favorite pizza hands down.
