took 10 minutes to get seated with no line and no one said anything, finally got seated then was served hollow, burnt mozzarella sticks then was served a new batch with no difference, very disappointed

I came here on a Wednesday night with a colleague. It’s was Music Bingo night with DJ Wheil (who did a fantastic job) and it was also $4 Philly Cheesesteak Wrap night. It was a great time and the food was better than expected. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m in town for work!

Soooo… our first bartender was very personable, interacted with us. Apparently he was relieved & next bartender only talked to “regulars.” Not us. Lots of people at the bar….bartender not available. Probably won’t be back.

The most least inviting place we ever been to. The locals, and staff was so welcoming. Ty, our server was the only positive thing we experienced. Highly unrecommended, the food wasn’t great either; avoid at all cost; we’ll never go back.

Called ahead by more than 24 hrs to make a reservation for a larger party. When we arrived I was told that the reservation was never taken down. So we ended up having to wait about 30 minutes with 6 kids running around, the manager did come out and talk to us and accommodated us with 30 minutes of free play at the arcade while we wait for tables to be available side by side but was rather rude/annoyed about it. They do charge you 20 dollars, which was not mentioned previously to me for bringing in cupcakes despite us ordering food for 14 people. The food was not great, the burger looked like a frozen patty you would get from BK or McDonald’s. The cheese Pizza was very greasy. And the service was slow, we spent >2.5 hrs there by the time it was all said and done. On a positive note- overall the atmosphere was nice and it seems like a relatively clean place. But can’t say we will be back or I would recommend it in future to someone.

We were heading to Albany NY and the Patriots game was starting soon so we looked up this Bar and Grill. 17 miles off interstate 80. We had the best time and great food! Jen (Spiller) was such a friendly, efficient attentive person.We watched the game, someone had a birthday there and shared their cake The atmosphere was great! We loved it! Thank you! Worth the trip!

Food was decent when they got it accurate. Service is extremely slow. Reason I believe is a ton of employees were on their cell phones hanging out. I went to the bathroom and one employee was standing at the sink playing on his cell phone. Service on the bowling side was super fast. They watched their tables and lanes and were on point. I’ll give the restaurant side another try.
