Do not be fooled by the exterior. The food is good. I especially like the fried chicken wings. That hot sauce was fire! What the place lacks in decor, it more than makes up for with good cooking and good company at good prices. Definitely worth the trip.

Ok, I’m trying to be nice with this one. When you first walk in, you may be tempted to walk out. The interior is sparse and dirty. It would definitely not pass a Texas food and health inspection. You have to find your happy place and forget about the surroundings.

The food was good. Boss Lady had the fried wings lunch and I had a bacon burger. They brought out a fried pickle appetizer, which was good but REALLY salty. Mama Sarah is extremely gracious and friendly, though. She loves talking to people and makes them feel at home.

Food is fresh so either call so by time you get there it will be ready. Don’t let the out side or area fool you. I walked from the pilot to her hospitable business, ate , sat an hangout before walking back cause it so much with a drink for reasonable price. Thanks MAMA Sarah.

Friendly service. All 3 ladies were very friendly. The food was awesome. I had the bacon cheeseburger. U can’t go anywhere else and get this much food for that price. I will definitely b going back to try other items on the menu. I highly recommend this place.

The place looks sketchy and the owners know that, but if you ignore the age of the building and have a meal there you won’t be disappointed. I had fried fish and my my wife had grilled fish. Both were delicious. My wife also had fried okra. She said it was probably the best she has had. Place only takes cash or you can use the CashApp to pay. It was worth the small deviation of our trip route. Highly recommended.

Mama Sarah’s, where can I start. Friendly atmosphere down to earth the best down home cooking. I was hesitant on the look but let me tell you I enjoyed every single minute. The food was cooked to order hot and fresh and worth the wait. Mama Sarah and the ladies were so friendly. I will most definitely be going back. Y’all should give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.
