I placed an order on 6/8/25 with the Pizza Hut app and I spent $70.04 ($75 w/ tip for driver). Upon receiving my order 40+ min after the order was placed my son was eating his pizza and when he picked up a piece there was a super dried up roach right there in the box. This thing had been dead a while in the box and possibly even cooked in the pan with the pizza. I immediately tossed everything after taking pics and I tried to call the store. It only goes to a call center that stated the stores don’t have direct numbers to call and to file a complaint I had to do it online so I proceeded to go online and file the report. At 8:48pm I was provided an incident number. It wasn’t until today that someone finally reached out to me (13 days later) and asked for the pics so I sent them. Then I was told he had to get with his boss and would call me back. 5 min later he called back and said I’m sorry but we use a 3rd party driver and don’t know where the roach came from so we can’t take responsibility and we also need all the food brought back. I said are you kidding me, it took you 2wks to contact me and u think I still have the food no one could eat after that. And all he said was well I don’t know I’m sorry. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OR EAT HERE!

I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, onion, and peppers, and a side of their cheese bread. The pizza dough was undercooked and the crust had no flavor. It was edible but I will never be ordering from this location again. The only saving grace was that the cheese bread was crispy and actually good.

So I went in around 930 pm to order a 10 taster pizza which we recently ordered for 10.00 the manager stated they don’t have that so I said okay so I found another coupon and because I wanted a pizza only I told the specialty for 17.99 my receipt shows correct order but because they were already pretty much breaking down to close the pizza maker forgot to add mushrooms and the onions were only on 3 slices so I took pictures. Also I asked for a lil extra sauce but my bread was soaked in sauce. I got home and got rest to eat and order wasn’t what I completely requested called location recording at 10:03 stating location was closed to call back tommorow which it says close at 11 pm. Next day when I call I was placed on hold by a Raymond manager he said who said I needed to call after 5 to deal with that!!!! I said excuse me he said I wasn’t there so I can’t replace or provide credit I said even tho I got receipt and pictures and video and proof I called 5 times he said no so then he said well u can speak to GM Brian district manager or the manager David… And I said okay because he was already seemed frustrated about something . I would like a call back from management for my credit since I could not get resolvement until tonight… Smh please reach out out to me ASAP. Thank you

Worst the pizza was not even made all the way right. Called to make a reorder and the manager says they wont charge us a service fee charge. Wth you guys have one job to make a pizza and can’t even do that right. Manager says we are making them fresh this time. What they were raw!!.
