I’ve been to this Starbucks ✨️ ♀️☕️ many times in my life. Both inside and through the drive thru. Cozy atmosphere inside ✨️ and the drive thru used great. Just a little small with this drive thru. I will say that I wanted to order a drink through the app and park in the parkinglot where you park in the parking spots with the numbers and it didn’t work which was weird and I didn’t like that. Overall everything else is good.

I work second shift so when I get my lunch I try to hurry to Starbucks! Well they close at 9pm! I get here 10-15 mins early and every time they said they are closed!! YOU CLOSE AT 9pm not 8:45pm! Drove through with an order today. The entire order was wrong. No big deal rt. When inside to get it changed and waited 30 mins for them to fix it. Cars came and went through the drive through people’s orders inside (who ordered after we ordered ours to get fixed) went through. The guy who said he would remake it never remade it and never put an order in for it. We had to go ask. There were two people who were there for pick ups that said they cancelled their order after they entered the store. We had to ask the girl making drinks and she said they never reordered it. She was kind and polite. Can’t say as much about the guy who told our order was wrong. I go here all the time. But, I think I will drive faster away to get better service. Complete disaster. A 10 min coffee stop turned into 40 mins. Who has time for that????? Ridiculous

Went to a Starbucks in a small city west of Fort Wayne. Not even a hello. Didn’t call my name for my order and they were having an unprofessional conversation behind the counter. They must forget the guests can hear everything!

Even with as long of lines as they get and how busy they are during the morning rush, you would never guess it based on how personable and great this team is! I always appreciate coming into this location. I’m usually a drive-thru person but this place is always worth going into! It also seems like they really work together as a team and not as individuals working together.
Just note that if you are in a rush, especially in the morning, either order ahead or be patient with the employees, because you have been warned that the drive thru lines at this location are the same as the lines at McDonald’s for dinner time across the street…
Plus getting frustrated at them for something they can’t control is pointless, rude, and just puts them in a bad mood so my drink might not come out as good if you’re too much of a …

Literally, the best Starbucks I have been to. I feel like “Norm” from Cheers as I am a regular and am greeted by my name every time I come in. All the girls are great and my wife and I love all of them. We are here about every day as we both work from home and the music is never too loud to conduct any zoom meetings.

EVERY WORKER in there was at a station, working the whole time to push orders out, and still smiling and greeting customers like it was a breeze! Will absolutely start coming here every time. It made my morning to see such a calm work place in a place of work that usually feels so busy! Amazing job everyone.

There’s one specific worker which I noticed during the seasonal season and I assumed she was just a worker during the holidays hence why she’s ALWAYS messing up orders but it’s past holidays now and she’s still there. Messing up orders left and right. And I don’t want to blame anyone but she may seem very inexperienced due to messing up on a simple mistake like putting regular milk in a matcha instead of soy. Please retrain her before putting her on the job of taking orders/making drinks.

The staff here is phenomenal, no doubt. Being only a hop, a skip, and a jump away; why would I ever buy a coffee maker for the office? Today was the Pumpkin Spice kick off apparently. Lucky me to be offered a sample muffin and tiny cold brew. Amazing! Went with the Pumpkin Latte; Tasty !
