Stopped in for a weekday breakfast, and received outstanding service from Laura R! She was so welcoming, friendly, attentive, and thankful for the business. Food came out in a timely manner, and it tasted pretty good. Portions are huge, so you’ll have leftovers likely! Only issue is that the place was freezing cold. Now it was a very cold day out, and they did try to cut down on it, by closing off one set of doors and only having people use the other set. But I was sitting at a booth next to the window, and it was so cold like there was no insulation there. I kept my winter coat on and was still freezing in there. So I’m not sure if I’d go back on a really cold day, but I will definitely be back here to eat again!

Outstanding service from Casey!
Casey was absolutely outstanding from the moment I arrived. She takes “service with a smile” to a hold new level! She greeted me with a warm smile, checked in regularly, and gave me the space to settle in and enjoy reviewing the menu. I knew I wanted the soufflé delight with bananas, strawberries, and strawberry syrup, and she was fantastic in answering my questions—especially around ingredients, gluten-free options, and recommendations based on her experience.
Her knowledge, positivity, and professionalism truly stood out. She was attentive without being intrusive and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I arrived early in the morning when it was quiet, but as the restaurant filled up, her level of service never changed. Even as her section grew, she remained consistent, attentive, and genuinely caring.
By the time I left, she was managing several tables with the same grace, energy, and attention to detail. Thank you, Casey, for providing such exceptional service and making the experience memorable! I also ordered bacon and eggs:)

We stopped in this small place on our way to the zoo. It’s small and a little unobtrusive so we missed it the first time and had to double back to get in. Glad we did though, because it is exactly the kind of breakfast place we love!
Menu has all the standards and all kinds of variations are possible. Clearly people like it, as we got the last table and others came in behind us. The staff was working hard, but were still gracious and able to answer all our questions.
We got some of their combos and oatmeal, made some substitutions and upgrades, and the waitress did not bat an eye!
Food came reasonably quickly, especially considering that there were only two people working the kitchen. Portions are very plentiful.
I noticed some hot sauce bottles on the counter and the logo on the waitresses apron and asked about them. Turns out they were made by her Father and were available for sale. I tasted all three and liked the flavors. Ingredients were straightforward and not packed with chemicals. Prices per bottle is very reasonable so I will probably order some soon.

I come here with my bf almost every saturday – we try to go somewhere else but then always miss the pancake house service and food. best spot in lewis center for food! From authentic Italian espresso drink options, to pancakes, to chicken and waffles, and gelato… the food is always amazing! The service is always so good and the wait to get seated is usually immediate (I have seen waiting lines on sundays). Clean, good service, and even better food – always leaving full and happy – Can’t wait to continue going to this staple in the LC

This is a great place for breakfast. I am from out of town and everytime I find myself in Columbus this is our go to place for breakfast. The food is delicious and the staff is awesome. I suggest the Mochaccino, it comes with a mini chocolate chip cookie. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area for breakfast.

We have several breakfast restaurants in this area to choose from. Go here!!!!! People are friendly, wait staff is awesome, and the FOOD IS EXCELLENT!!! Perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, and a small stack side. They live up to there name with the pancakes!

Kaley at Pancake House was an absolute delight! Her efficiency stood out immediately, but what I appreciated even more was the way she and her team worked together so seamlessly. You can truly see the bond they share… it feels more like family than coworkers, and that energy makes the whole environment warm and welcoming.
She paid attention to the little things, too. Without us even asking, she quietly brought extra napkins to the table after noticing our child and what we might need. That level of awareness and care is rare and so appreciated.
10/10 for service, attentiveness, and genuine pleasantness. We’ll definitely be back!

We tried huevos rancheros, avocado toast (avocado at its exact point of ripeness) and strawberry crepes, everything fresh and tasty.
