I had a HORRIBLE experience (that is still continuing to the next day) with this location. We ordered 2 Philly subs (both made differently). I am unsure if these people can read b/c EVERYTHING was incorrect. No cheese, no extra lettuce etc. no condiments other than the chipotle mayonnaise was added. I called to get a refund and was supposed to been on hold, but she (lily the “manager “) laid the phone down instead= as she worked other orders. So they ended up not calling doordash which I was told they would. Never happened. So I had to call them myself the next day only for them to tell me that Jersey Mike’s is responsible for the refund not door dash. All in all it sounds like to me that these people are completely and utterly incompetent. They need to clean house and employ people that can actually do the job correctly, efficiently and knows how to read! NEVER AGAIN.
* not to mention whenever I called them today which is sunday, the men are they answered the phone I guess the little boy that worked there with Lily, was in a very weird strange voice hi is this Jen? Like I don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to answer Jersey Mike’s when you work there. Just saying could be wrong but I’m pretty certain I’m right.
Again with the incompetence, not to mention professionalism it simply does not exist at this location.

I’m 27 and I think I’ve eaten Jersey Mike’s maybe 3 times in my entire life, but I went there last night. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who was working last night was super cool. She helped me pick out something from the menu and just had a really upbeat and positive energy about herself, like she loves her job. I didn’t catch her name though. Also the sandwich (I think it’s called the 17 or something) was very good and the place was pretty clean. I’ll definitely be going back.

Emily and Preston were very helpful, friendly, and extremely fast. I was the only person in line and hand my order in less than a minute. Most of that was the card payment machine. Definitely love coming in and seeing their faces. I know I’m gonna get great service and a heck of a sub.

Auggy at the Yulee location was very helpful today. He saw my hands were full with my newborn and helped me get my drinks and food out to my car. He went above and beyond. This is why we love Jersey Mikes!!!

I have never had a problem with this location before but today was wild. They are running really behind but instead of addressing it they just ignored everyone waiting. I was waiting while multiple people were addressed except for me. Then the girl working had attitude with me when I tried to see what the status was of my order. Find another location don’t waste your time here.

We have never eaten at a Jersey Mike’s so we decided to try it. It’s nice inside. Typical sub shop decor but that isn’t a bad thing. I didn’t come here for the atmosphere. The service is quick with an assembly line for fixing the subs. Very efficient and friendly. They have a good varieties of subs with sides of chips and even cookies.
I chose the Italian and my wife had the turkey club. We were both surprised how delicious they were. So much so that we went back 3X in a week and a half for the same subs! That should tell you everything you need to know about the food here! It taste fresh!
This is our new go-to sub shop.
Definitely family and kid friendly. Have lunch or dinner there without breaking the bank!
