Stopped in for dinner yesterday with my wife and adult son. Dined-in. I ordered hot tea. It was cold outside, so I was craving hot tea. Flavor was good, but the tea unfortunately was lukewarm. Had to wait forever for a refill too. The refill was somehow even less hot. My son ordered a Japanese beer. It was cold and refreshing. Ordered the pork buns and seafood pancakes as appetizers. Both were excellent. All three of us ordered ramen bowls. My wife and son ordered the Tonkatsu ramen. My son loved it. My wife thought the pork belly tasted a bit off in terms of freshness. I ordered the O-Katsu ramen. The fried chicken fillet was delicious. The breading had just the right amount of crisp. The soup itself I thought was just okay. It was very bland tasting to me. It could have used more vegetables and more seasoning. If we go back, I would probably request an add-in like mushrooms.

Service was great! Atmosphere was simple, but clean and good. The food itself was a tad bland, probably more Americanized ramen flavor than I’d prefer. I added on menma and mushrooms- I think I saw 3 pieces of menma- wasn’t a fan of that.

We stumbled in here one lunch when we were kidless and decided we wanted ramen! This was an awesome choice. The ramen here is good. It’s not washed out tasting like everything was put together at the last minute. You can taste the flavor in the liquid and in the noodles! Delicious. The area is nice and had a lot of decorations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will come again.

Me and my boyfriend came here on a whim and it was a great decision! Food was delicious and it was a hefty portion! I got the spicy tonkotsu and my boyfriend ordered the katsu bowl. Cathie was friendly and attentive and quick with our order! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience. I like this location a lot more than Norfolks location. It’s a smaller size izakaya type shop with a few extra tables. The staff and chef were very personable and loads of fun. We enjoyed the conversations during our meal.

We stopped by Osaka for the first time today and I am so happy we did. Service was amazing and so was the food. Probably some of the best ramen I’ve had here! I got the shoyu ramen and the broth & pork chasu was SOOO incredibly flavorful. My toddler and I could not get enough. I also ordered a Christmas tree roll and that did not disappoint either! Can’t wait to come back and try some more items. 10/10 Definitely recommend

Was not impressed. Maybe we expected too much after reading the good reviews but if you’re looking for an authentic japanese food, Its NOT this restaurant.
Tonkatsu Ramen was good but to make it look good as on their menu, You have to personalize and pay the add ons.
Please remove the Tuna Nacho on your menu.
It is way overpriced for $13. They used a regular cornchips, you can count the small pieces of tuna and it doesnt taste good. lols
Our server was nice. Shes overworked but still has a smile on her face.
Its a good try but dont think we’ll come back.

Customer service is extremely important. The girl that waited on me was so busy being in a conversation with her co-worker that she had no professionalism. No thank you for the tip and when my takeout was ready, she just set it on the counter and continued her conversation. No, here is your order or thank you. Will never go to this restaurant again.
