Great restaurant that is clean, good service and good food. Authentic Chicago style and other pizzas. We got onion and sausage. Sausage was a little sparse but plenty of onion. Not too much seasoning. Wings are good too!

Two of us to dine in. Ordered an original stuffed pizza. Medium Sausage and mushroom. Two pieces filled me up. Amazing sauce, very cheesy, crisp crust on the bottom and outside. It could’ve had more sausage and mushroom but that’s just my opinion. The waitress was amazing. Polite, attentive, a very good representation for the restaurant.

Just tried Nancy’s for first time today, they sent me a pretty good coupon in the mail. I admit I hadn’t gone before because it seemed a bit expensive…but dang that thin crust is really good. Definitely going to be back. Got the 18 inch family with Italian sausage banana peppers and onions- perfect combination! Their banana peppers have some nice heat, crunch, and acidity that complements the sausage very well.

I really don’t even know where to begin. We placed the order over the phone and the girl on the phone was amazing at explaining everything and how to do it. Once we got there she knew exactly who we were and what we ordered. She also provided additional information about other places in the area to try. This is the best Chicago-style pizza I’ve had outside of Chicago. It was absolutely amazing

Nice place. Good service and it ended there. We have wanted to try Nancys for a while and have to say we were disappointed. I had seen pictures of others meals and even my pics look appetizing but I don’t eat with my eyes only. We love stuffed pizza but not this one. Hard crust and so much mozzarella it was overwhelming. Very small amount of veggies. Very sweet marinara sauce on top.
Had the Cesar waffle fries appetizer and not good either. Fries were dry and hard like from an air fryer and topped with salad dressing, green onions and dry bacon bits. A medium pizza was almost $40. Very disappointed.

The restaurant is clean and attractive. I was happy that it is full service. I really enjoyed my server Sydney. She was wonderful. I loved that the cheesesticks are baked. They had great pull and the marinara that was served with them was served hot and it is delicious. I didn’t care for the sweet tea. Too much sugar and it was not brewed strong enough. Very weak. Not my ” cup of tea” I suppose. I ordered a Caesar salad and I loved that it was prepared with arugula as well as romaine. Great flavor and nicely dressed. I did not care for the bacon that is added. I didn’t catch that on the menu when I ordered. That was my fault. But it was so crunchy and hard. Just not for me. I ordered a deep dish chicago style pizza. Fantastic. Took much of it home to enjoy later. Can’t wait to try more pizzas and pastas. The menu is great.

Nancy’s pizzeria was a great find.
We ordered two pizzas… A gluten-free with sausage and spinach and then a cheese pizza. Both were medium size. The medium size were inhaled by our somewhat picky children. The medium was enough for two adults.
Atmosphere was quite nice with seating for 40+. There were tables, booths and high boys as well as probably eight seats at the bar. There is a large green TV that was playing football, but the volume was appropriate and not overwhelming for the space.
Staff was polite and receptive and easy to speak with.
If you’re looking for a nice pizza at a reasonable price in a comfortable environment, I would highly recommend Nancy’s pizzeria

I live in New York now and I don’t have access to Chicago pizza anymore, so I always make sure to stop in at Nancy’s when I go through Springfield. We ordered two Chicago thin crust pizzas to eat in, and got a deep-dish pizza partially cooked to take home for after Thanksgiving. The pizzas we ate were outstanding! And I’m looking forward to Friday to get my deep-dish fix!

Update 8-04-24. We had the BBQ Chicken medium thin crust pizza. Delicious. Waitress Danielle was amazing.
1st time here. Very nice small restaurant with an inviting and relaxing decor. Waitress Danee was very pleasant. Placed my order for the Northern Italian Veggie thin crust Pizza just to try something different. Upon delivery it had a very nice appearance and looked perfectly baked with a slight golden color to the cheese. I will say this was definitely NOT a thin crust pizza. Flavor was ok, it could have had a touch more spices for my taste. Overall it was a good experience dining here.
