I was in the Jasper area recently and decided to stop off at Milos for a cheese burger combo. Customer service was great. I asked for a special order, no pickles and add lettuce and mayo. Food arrived to my table quick but was wrong. No biggie, it happens. There was no cheese and it had 4 pickles. Easy fix. The burger and fries were good, love their sweet tea!

The customer service here surpassed the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and greeted me warmly upon entering. As I placed my order, the manager informed the team of my selection, allowing them to start preparing it even before I paid, showing a clear sense of urgency. This is exactly what you expect from fast food – quick service.While observing the food preparation, I noticed the girl breading the chicken. She used a gloved right hand to handle the raw chicken and a clean-gloved left hand to load it into the fryer. I was initially concerned about her changing gloves, but she did a great job, promptly removing both gloves and washing her hands. Her adherence to food safety protocols was impressive. Similarly, a young man used tongs to lower the french fries into the bag, further demonstrating their commitment to hygiene.Overall, I was highly impressed with the staff’s performance, reflecting strong management and thorough training. However, the food itself was disappointing. Everything we ordered was overly salty, with fries that were almost inedible, a very dry burger, and rubbery chicken despite being freshly made. If the food had matched the excellence of the customer service, this would have been a perfect review.

I went to Milo’s today and ordered a number two. She asked me if I wanted onions and dill pickles. I was confused because I don’t know Milo’s recipe and I said I’m ordering a regular Milo’s with cheese and the combo. She repeated, do you want onions and pickles? I stated again that I wanted a regular Milo’s with cheese combo and she asked again if I wanted onions and pickles. I Asked her, do you think I’m ordering a cheese burger? She said do you want onion and pickles ? I received a Milo’s burger with cheese and sauce. I threw it away. I have been going to Milo’s for twenty years and I have never been asked if I wanted onions and dill pickles on them three times. Isn’t that the Milo’s recipe? Unbelievable service! Terrible!

Okay every one at Milo’s is greattttt. I keep seeing reviews about one girl named serenity. Everytime I’ve went she has been very very sweet and I know of 2 girls who have been harassing her. hope it’s more consistent now. I’ll never stop going even if I only go for the tea
Went to get a chicken sandwich. 2nd time in less than a week. 2nd time the chicken was nasty. Took it back to get another sandwich like the 1st time but this time they didn’t have any cooked. So I got my money back. Not paying $5 for a burnt sandwich. The manager tried to tell me it was so dark because the piece of chicken is so thick. Lol I do actually cook so I know this isn’t true.
