It has been a long time since I had been to a Panera Bread .Wow 2 sandwiches and 2 salads $32 Super expensive especially for what you are getting. The Asian chicken salad looked nothing like the pictures on the menu and there was nothing Asian about it Just some lettuce and deli sliced chicken. The sandwiches were surprisingly tasty considering they are pre packaged frozen then microwaved when ordered Staff is friendly and efficient and the place itself was fairly clean considering how busy they were

Last week I decided to have a last-minute birthday celebration at Panera Bread in Solon, Ohio. I had spoken to Tyler the day before the scheduled date to finalize my plans. He was supportive, friendly, and extremely thorough!
On the day of the event, Tyler took extra time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. He kept me informed of timing as it related to my order and serving my guests. Everything was perfect!
Tyler’s customer service would bring me back to this location for future events. He has excellent communication, a friendly disposition, and the ability to accommodate a “last-minute” planner!

Had not visited this Panera Bread in a long time. Came looking for a cozy spot to read while having coffee and small bites. Here’s the Plus/Minus of my visit on Sun at 5pm or so:
Plus: nearly empty; cashier was friendly; plenty of parking spots; near my fave ice cream store Mitchell’s; near gym and highway; dining area and bathrooms were clean.
Minus: 1. Coffee was weak and pricey at $2.79 2. cinnamon roll tasted stale. 3. price of cream cheese $1.69 just for small amount for one bagel, crazy expensive, so I declined. 4. Music not my taste yet not surprising for Solon. I would have preferred no music. I inquired to the cahier about the room reservation process, she didn’t seem to know much, yet implied it was simple with no advance notice or group party required.

It’s ok, they never have at least 2 ingredients for the menu options so they won’t sell you that item on the menu. Also I forgot salad dressing on my own salad one day, I asked If I could buy some and the girl told me straight up NO. I went to Dibellas and they gave me a packet for free.

Got the Mango Smoothie, Mango fruit base mixed, orange juice, banana puree, plain Greek yogurt, and ice.
Not a fan of mango but their smoothie is really smooth and not overpowering of any of the included flavors.
Fuji Apple Salad
Chicken, arugula, romaine, kale, radicchio, tomatoes, red onions, pecan, Gorgonzola, and apple chips with sweet white balsamic vinaigrette.
Very refreshing and balanced salad. The dressing is mixed in with only the mixture of lettuces then the rest of the salad is built. The apple crisps and pecans really change the tempo of normal salads to make it unique.
Reasonably priced also, ~$12 for the salad and ~$6 for the smoothie.

Panera‘s food getting worst…day by day.the chicken noodle soup extremely salty…very very salty…it taste like from the can food.horrible ！！！it doesn’t look like the chicken from the left one.（see pic ！） cant even finished this very small portion of it.
