Food is excellent, but I also want to praise Marcella’s for another amazing Ice Cream Cake. This one was for my grandson’s birthday. Not only did it taste great, it was decorated beautifully. You order ahead.
The cake had layers of quality vanilla and chocolate custards with hot fudge and crumbled chocolate bits between the two layers. Size XL cake is well worth $43. because of the quality of the ingredients.
We also ordered an Oreo Ice Cream Pie for the party. It was also tasty. Their ice cream pies come in many flavors and cost $30.
Our friends have asked where we get the ice cream cakes, and we told them, of course.
Now, they have become customers!

While the restaurant is not much to look at, the food and service were both excellent. It’s particularly nice in the summer when outside seating is a possibility. So many flavors of excellent ice cream!

Cute restaurant with a separate side for just ice cream and desserts if you’re not dining in. Warm, bright and beachy vibes inside with extremely welcoming and attentive staff, especially our waitress Jodie! My fiancé and I visited around 5pm on a weekday and it was somewhat busy, full of friendly locals. We were given garlic knots to start with their house made marinara sauce, talk about melt in your mouth and the sauce screams family recipe. My fiancé got the chicken tortellini soup which was perfectly balanced in flavor. He got the veal parm which was a large portion and delicious enough to be gone in minutes. I ordered a reuben sandwich, came out piping hot and the cheese still melty was one of the best reubens I’ve ever had. Although we wanted ice cream we were far too full. Looking forward to stopping back in to try more menu items and get some Perry’s ice cream!

Always great food. Pizza is always great, their Italian Mix sub is awesome, and the people are super cool. Just found out they’re delivering on Mondays again which is fantastic! Keep up the great work guys!

I ordered the prime rib dinner last night for takeout that showed up on their Facebook page. When i got home it was a piece of prime rib on a sub roll, that was it. Post said baked potato and green beans. When I called to inquire about the sandwich with no sides I was told that the wrong special was posted on Facebook, and their special of the night was a prime rib sandwich for $17.99. When I informed them I was charged the $32.99 for the prime rib and would like the difference, I was switched to three different people, kept on hold for over 18 minutes and then HUNG UP ON, with no call back. I drove to the restaurant, was given some money from the register and when asked about why they hung up on me and was not called back, my question was IGNORED!! NO APOLOGY, NO CONCERN OR EVEN CARING ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE. The guy behind the counter threw me some cash and leaned around me and started to wait on the customer behind me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MARCELLAS. Blame the customer for YOUR mistake, hang up on customer and then when she drives back to your establishment to get a refund, she is treated like she is disturbing your employees.
You need to do better!
And ironically the prime rib dinner is still on their Facebook page a day later. My husband and I have been loyal customers for years but this is unacceptable and will take our money elsewhere.

I’m not one to leave a review for poor service, but this has been my second encounter with the same waitress who is downright rude. The first time, she rattled off the soups of the day so fast I could barely understand her. When I politely asked her to repeat the first one, she became visibly annoyed—huffing and puffing. I let it go, figuring maybe she’d had a rough night.
Tonight, however, I dined in again with my parents and two children, and the same waitress completely ruined the experience once more. After I gave my order, my dad simply asked to add a cup of soup to his meal. She actually put her hand up to stop him from speaking and told him not to interrupt her. We were stunned.
I repeated my order again, this time with a bit of attitude she clearly picked up on. Having been a waitress myself, I understand busy nights but if you lack basic people skills to this degree, maybe it’s time to consider a different profession.
We usually order pizza from here and love to support small local businesses but after two awful experiences with the same rude waitress, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Hire waitstaff who actually want to be there and don’t make customers feel like an inconvenience.

So I called and placed an order for a half cheese, half pepperoni delivery and upon its arrival the first two pictures are how the pizza looked. It was completely messed up like it was dropped in the car from going too fast or stopping too fast so I called Marcella’s and complained about it And I received another pizza free of charge the third picture that looked like pizza and I got it within 30 minutes. Great customer service I really appreciate them.

This is a must visit! Small local restaurant/deli. Sit down and prepare to be spoiled with homemade everything! The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, the servings are enormous and the prices are worth the drive. On our weekly date day, we enjoyed a Bavarian pretzel order with homemade German beer cheese. We feasted on a Reuben and a meatloaf sub smothered in mushroom gravy ( half of each went home). We completed the meal with a dish of Rocky Mountain Raspberry ice cream (white chocolate ice cream with almond raspberry fudge chunks and raspberry swirls) and a decadent carrot cake. All this was washed down with bottomless ice teas. This one will be hard to beat.

“The pizza was hugging itself.”
Ordered ahead over the phone with no problems, putting in for some Fried Mushrooms, a small Tossed Salad, and a 6 slice RRP Chicken Pizza.
When I got there I did get a tiny bit turned around. When you arrive to pick up you need to go though the front door, but don’t go into the dining area straight in front of you, instead you turn left and go into the deli looking area. I had thought this was a kitchen entrance, so I ended up in the dining area. And to make a point about the deli looking area, for picking up, the room in there is pretty small so you might need to wait outside before trying to pickup if it is lunch/dinner rush.
Ended up paying close to $38 for everything, not terrible, especially for that pizza as I would come to learn later.
When I got home and opened it all up I immediately sampled the fried mushrooms, and like a can of Pringles, I could not stop. I stood there in my kitchen, still in my monkey suit, just chowing down on those mushrooms without a care in the world. I might have been a little hungry, but those mushrooms were excellent. And speaking of excellent, that RRP Chicken Pizza, woozier! Some pizzas just feel like the components are laying on top of each other, like they are repelling one another, but this pizza, this pizza was hugging itself. The roasted red peppers were as if they homogenized with the cheese, the cheese fused with the bread, the bread had a crispy exterior with a firm build. Every bite had zero toppings or cheese falling off, no mess, all happy. Sadly the salad was found lacking, a bit sour, that Italian dressing was the wrong call for the greens included.
Overall this was a delightful pizza creation, and i would totally order it again!
