I had a coupon for a 6 inch for $3.99. I had to pick between sandwiches that I never have eaten and they were gross to say the least. The bread was stale. The lettuce was stale. I hate to throw stuff away, but this is not even acceptable to eat. I just wasted four dollars. The lady just pointed at the sign And couldn’t communicate with me. I have to throw the sandwich away. I can’t eat it and I will never go back. I’m headed to Chick-fil-A to get me a chicken sandwich.

It’s very hard to find a good subway today that doesn’t gross you out.
This place is great, the veggies are nice and crunchy. They taste very good. The last two sandwiches I’ve gotten from here had ham on it. It was a very tasty ham. All the sandwhichs we got were nicely put together. Not messy looking at all.
I’m glad we found a Subway that delivers great tasting sandwiches. We will be back for more.

I ordered the breakfast, 3x3x3. Best pancakes I’ve ever had. Beware, they are large! They serve them with hot syrup, only way to do it. 2 eggs any style, hash browns and meat side. All was good. I consider myself a hearty eater and could only eat half this meal. Can easily be shared by two people.

Avocado had sat out all day. The chicken breast chunks tasted like tuna and rubbery. Felt rushed when deciding what I wanted & there were no other people in there besides me & who I was with- they ordered first. Love subway but definitely did not enjoy this visit.

In the past we’ve been to this location a lot as we’ve always liked Subway and this is the closest store. Today we tried to place an order on the app and it told us this location doesn’t participate in either of the Subway BOGO deals going right now. I said ok no problem I got a sheet of coupons in the mail I’ll call and see if they are participating in the coupons. I was told they “are” but only with like 5 of the most basic sandwiches that I wasn’t interested in. So we placed our order on the app with the Glenpool location and drove right past this location to go to a different location.
To the owner: I know every location is individually owned so this is for you. I have a lifetime of food service and management experience so I can understand trying to maximize your profits. However when you go too far with it your customers see it as penny pinching and will be put off by it. In the end you’ll end up losing customers like you did with me today which hurts a lot worse than just honoring the Subway backed coupons or BOGO deals. Best of luck.
