This Marylous has THE WORST coffee. It’s always gross and tastes like they never refresh the ice coffee or clean the bins, especially the decaf ice coffee. I’ve given this location many chances. The staff is often rude (not always) and they don’t know the difference in the sweeteners. I told one girl she gave me the wrong sweetener and she just said, “well, they’re basically the same thing anyhow,” instead of remaking it and giving me the correct one. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Independence Ave Marylous. Their coffee is always fresh and the staff is so nice. Marylous is too expensive for the coffee to taste gross and the service to suck.

I usually don’t a write reviews, but I felt the need to share this. I visited Marylou’s on a Saturday morning and order a large pomegranate red bull on the rocks with no ice, What I got was a half-empty cup. When I asked the staff if that was the full drink, I was told yes- with zero explanation or effort to make it right. The employee seemed uninterested and unprofessional, and the rest of the staff was just standing around chatting rather than being attentive.

I paid nearly $20 for a large drink, and if most of that space would’ve been filled with ice, that’s even more frustrating. At that price, I expect better services and a full drink, especially when I specifically asked for no ice.

Honestly, I’ll be sticking with Starbucks- they get my order right and treat customers with more respect. I attached the drink I was handed vs the regular red bull Ricky.

Girlfriend took me on a morning she didn’t have to work and man…the hot chocolate was amazing and she got like a vanilla chai or something…it was literally some of the best warm and cozy drinks that have ever touched my tongue. The morning was like perfectly breezy at a temp of about 59 or something like that and I couldn’t resist the fact that this drink was gunna make me scream Amazing shop and nice, welcoming employees, thank you!

Friendly staff, but the iced coffee that I got was really bad – it tasted weak and burned. I noticed that of people came for the really sugary drinks (more syrup than coffee). Not the place if you want a quality craft coffee.

I order a frozen blue raspberry they give me something totally different i ask for a new one and they didn’t give me the flavor I asked for again. so I ask another lady to please fix it and they give me another wrong drink for the 3rd time and its watery not frozen. So I just wasted my time and money there for a terrible drink. And I was nice and not upset at all until the 3rd time.

Says they close at 8pm I walked in at 7 and 3 young girls who were very rude said they were closed already? Took them a minute to even say anything! Why have your hours online be different than what they are. Or did they just randomly close early make it make sense

This review is for my experience on Friday 8/8/2025 9:45am. Horrendous customer service. The poorly made drink is not the primary issue here. The girl at the cash register was beyond rude, so disrespectful that I couldn’t believe the attitude coming from someone I exchanged no words with. She was so horrible that speaking back to her was a waste of time. I should have left the drink and gone to Dunkin after the experience I had with her. Marylou’s management, read through the reviews and train your employees to respect paying customers, clearly you failed miserably at that. Will be going to Dunkin or Marylous Randolph where the employees are competent and respectful.
