I don’t eat out much but I was craving a burger. I ordered a large combo meal and was charged $16!!!!
I asked the lady hey price went up a lot. She was like yah… she never gave me a receipt or repeated my order and even asking her at the window. Once I went to the second window same lady again and gave me my drink, so I asked for my receipts, she said ok! And before giving it to me she said “oh I will give you a refund on the extra small drink it was a mistake”.
She gave me cash $2.50 no sales taxes included by the way. I don’t know what the sneaky thing is all about, maybe she tipping her self whatever I don’t know.
CONSUMERS please check your receipts unless you’re rich.

Placed a mobile order very easily through the app. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and my order was ready for me on time! Whoever is working the front counter was very very nice and super attentive. Will definitely recommend this location to my coworkers and friends!

I went here during my break yesterday 1pm to try to get some food and I was so disappointed. When I went to pay, they
parked me at the front of the store and made me wait 20 minutes while 3 other people came and left with their food. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and stale like they’ve been sitting out for half an hour and they forgot the sauce. When I went inside I told them about the food, the manager was so hesitant to remake it and when she finally agreed she started whispering something in Spanish but since I dont speak it I dont know what she said. Her face had an attitude aswell like it was my fault the food wasnt up to expectation. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a fresh warm meal and good customer service.

The person working this morning was rude. I tried to speak when he greeted me and he cut me off before I could finish telling me to pull up to window than rang up a coffee and I said I am sorry I did not order a coffee he said I did not that was your coffee just pulled up to the window. Wow then when I get to the window he is like here is your order have nice day BYE. Wow just wow. Horrible Horrible service won’t be back here ever.

I dont know what’s happening with Burger King lately. No matter what location we try, it’s always a disappointment. I used to love BK. This last time I went, I was craving some breakfast, so I ordered a platter. Guy didn’t ask if I wanted bacon or sausage or what kind of drink. He didn’t even give me the total. Just say come to the window. I get there, and he hands me a soda, (have in mind that he never asked what flavor I wanted the soda) and reaches for payment, and by this time, he still hasnt told me the total. He gave me the rest of the order, I was just like, ok, I guess it’s a surprise! I was having a good morning and decided that I was not gonna care. The platter was missing the biscuit. The bacon tasted like old grease. The Hashbrowns were hard like they had been re-fried, and the eggs were just a square and part of another one. He never even gave me a ticket! So im not even sure he charged the riggt amount. I did ck my acct tho.

I had a great experience dining in at this Burger King! Karen, Lupita & Sofia working here were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and everything went smoothly. No complaints at all—I would definitely come back again!

Ordered a kids meal he didn’t get the sauce for the nuggets there was no straw for the apple juice and no fries. Every time you call there is no answer. This is the worst place ever

I brought my daughter here so she can play after eating. I am totally disappointed with their security precautions in the play area. The way the playground is set up does not give parents a clear visual of the kids as they play and parents sit. There are no security cameras in the play area. None. As if that isnt scary enough, they playground has an unsecured door that leads outside to the parking lot facing the highway. No security bar in place to sound in case it is opened. With all the human trafiking going on Burger King is definitely slacking on security! Childrens safety SHOULD be the top priority. Step it up or lose customers.
