Ordered our food, member that took out order cut us off multiple times. Waited 18 minutes and finally pushed the button to see where our food was.. they asked who we were and what we had. Then they came out a few minutes later and was like oops, we put it on as a drive thru and thought the person drove off it was an accident… I asked the person missing almost all of her teeth (the only way to identify her) if the food was wven hot anymore and she just starred at me so I said I’m not paying for this then and she walked off saying fine ill recook it and I said no we have waited over 20 minutes now and she just kept walking so we left. Mind you there was 1 other car In the parking lot ♀️

This Sonic is in a prime location! It’s extremely accessible, next to shopping, parks and walking paths. Not to mention they have yummy food. Make sure to allow yourself a few extra minutes because you’re not the only one who loves their delicious Rout 44s or burgers. The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing and the drinks are refreshing. The blue ocean water with extra coconut is my go to when I’m thirsty and need to cool off on a hot day.

This location has gone way downhill. My daughter loves being a slush after school so we would usually be there 2-4 times a week. I won’t be returning to this location. They don’t acknowledge you at the drive thru intercom well enough to know they’re there and ready. Most of them have some kind of attitude at the window and I’ve had to have the simple grape slush remade because I was given the wrong drink. I’ll drive farther than I should to get her anything.

Im pretty sure only 2 people were working it took 20 min before someone tooknour order another 20 before we got it… 1 Dr pepper and a slush. The order taker was handling Drive ins and drive through, she’d forget to turn her mic off and we could hear everything. Nothing bad said…just…wondering where management was? This was around 7pm

Only reason i’m giving you 5 stars is because the guy working by himself and the restaurant obviously very busy was killing it and apologized for the wait. I told him he was doing amazing, I just hope everyone gives him just as much grace as I did. No one should have to run a restaurant by themselves, this location needs to do better and care about your people.

I used to come to this sonic at least 2-3 times a week. Since last year the quality overall has severely gone down. The workers are extremely rude. On three separate occasions with the same worker, I have ordered a mobile order (which normally takes 10-15 mins to come out) and she walks up to my car doesn’t say anything just shoves my food into my window. I’m always friendly and greet her and say have a good day and she ignores me. I’ve also gotten the complete wrong drink multiple times. Typically the food tastes old like it’s been sitting under a warmer. The prices of food at Sonic is too much for my food to taste old.

Stopped in to get some tots before waiting in school to get my child. Pulled up to order. Got no response. Pressed again and was promptly yelled at for my order and why i hadnt spoken before when asked for my order. I explained i hadnt been asked which was why obviously i pressed the button again. Very rude lady yelled that i had heard her and just ignored. I very quickly checked this lady and pulled out without ordering. Not only will i never be back to this location. Ill never be back to a sonic again. Pretty wild to be yelled at for ordering some tots.

Major decline in service at this sonic. I used to joke that this was the “good sonic” because they were quick and orders were done correctly. But lately it’s been extremely slow even when using the mobile order ahead, and my drinks have been wrong the past few times. Today I waited 15 minutes for an order ahead and finally went through the drive through where I was told I checked in wrong. They gave me my drink which was the wrong size (it was a small I ordered a large) and when I said that they told me I was wrong. I showed the receipt and they made me a new one, which as I drove away realized it was now a large but with a coke zero instead of diet coke, not the same! IYKYK. No one apologized for the wait, for the mistakes, anything. Just attitude and a drink I didn’t ask for. Would not recommend.

The experience of service I had there was verbal and assault. I cannot believe that I waited at one of the stops and press the button no one responds. The button was working. It was not broken or anything, so I got off my vehicle and went to press the button at the front, I seen a Hispanic lady. She looked like she was in her late forties to 50s with black hair dark complexion hair in a ponytail she looked at me very ugly and rude, I tried to get her attention, but she wasn’t attending to me so I went to the drive-through. I walked there standing there. She opens the window and says yes I here to pick up my order this is sonic you do work here right she got upset slam the window at me. A car was heading to the window so I had to walk out the way and I stood in front of the facility where no one is allowed only the employees I stood there waiting for my food. She took even longer as she finally Gave me my food. She hand me the drink and pushes the bag to my chest, which that was an assault to me and I told her what was her name she wasn’t even wearing a name badge. There is a camera there. I hope they can look into this matter. This restaurant is very very ugly, and I noticed that there was a black Africa. American lady who was coming into work, she was actually cussing and saying profanity language to someone on her phone before coming into work and the Lady who assaulted me the Hispanic lady And the African-American lady look like a manager they were friends as she was walking in. This is a ridiculous unprofessional store. Especially the Hispanic lady I don’t know her name. She didn’t wear her name badge nor the manager African-American, who was cussing out loud before entering the premises. I do not recommend anyone going to this location. They treat everyone horribly. I heard bad stories.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo and I got no ketchup or sauces that I had added and I payed extra to have more Oreo pieces in my blast and it literally had none. I waited 20 minutes for my food which I didn’t have much of a problem with but I pressed the call button to see if it was just taking a while and a lady answered and was said “hold on” pretty rudely so I just waited and then someone finally brought my things. When I hit the button again to get my sauces I was talked to rudely again.
Update: went to the same sonic today for just a drink, was a Dr Pepper with vanilla and they brought it out to me and there was liquid all on top of it like the spilled it and didn’t care, checked the inside and it was foamy too and the soda was flat. I’m so disappointed at the fact they can’t even make a drink without messing it up.
