The staff at the Tustin location is always friendly and super helpful! They helped me with a mistake I made in my online order. And, they always give you plenty of meat in your salads and tacos. Love Cafe Rio, Tustin.

Im wanted to give them only 1 star but that extra one is for the cashier she deserves 5, well I stopped going to this location because of the lack of good customer service, Wr decided to give them another try because of their hand made flour tortillas are really good and the kids were craving their food so… I got more than 6 orders and first time getting a burrito, so I didn’t know how to order it and to make things better couldn’t ordered it well as the older lady was rushing me and were acting like annoyed, it bothers me as there were only 2 more customers that arrived later, they made us feel like we were holding a big line, very bad experience and customer service, they have CHANGED THEIR MENU, no more shredded beef and their bbq pork has a different flavor, their new rice doesn’t have the good taste of the previous rice and their horchata tastes like sweeten milk. I recommend going to another location if possible if you mind good customer care and ve treated in a respectful manner. No pictures they look good by the taste wasn’t what I was craving for.

Love Cafe Rio! The food is always super fresh and tasty, and you can watch them make everything right in front of you. The tortillas are amazing and the sweet pork is a must-try. Portions are big, so you never leave hungry. The vibe is fun, staff is friendly, and it’s my go-to spot for Mexican food!

Came down for taco tuesday, we had the Carne Asada and some Carnitas tacos with Queso dip n Chips. On tuesday you can add rice and beans + drink for $2 extra. You can easily come here on a Tuesday and have a meal for about 15-20 if you do it right. The staff is nice and friendly

The food is a bit pricey for what you get. $4.99 for a child’s quesadilla that is the size a half of a small tortilla. Not worth it! However, their salads are great, especially with their cilantro dressing. YUM!!+

Americanized Mexican food done much better than most and is a lot better than Chipotle. The streak here has dry rub seasoning and is very flavorful. They provide a lot of hot sauce options, the guac is solid and the price isn’t too steep. Quality ingredients and hand made fresh tortillas. Food is filling and I didn’t feel like they skimped out on the meat portion for my steak quesadilla.

The drink machine didn’t work for some beverages. The music was a little bit loud when ordering food.
Friendly staff. They were busy cleaning bathrooms while we were there, but they helped us navigate through them safely after the meal. Control A/C after the temperature goes down in late afternoons.
