Went in for lunch and we both got Whopper meals. Everything was hot, sandwiches were definitely fresh made and the fries were crispy. I appreciated the burgers being put together nicely and not sloppy with toppings dripping everywhere. Can’t say much about service, you dont have contact with anyone really. You order at a kiosk and they yell your name to pick it up thru a window…soooo that’s that. Food was really good though.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and it was anything but quick. It took forever for the food to come out. There were quite a few people waiting for their food. One guy started yelling back through the pick up window asking where his food was. I think with the set up they have where you only order at the kiosk, and the kitchen is totally closed off doesn’t help the situation. The workers have no interactions with the customers, and the kitchen is behind a wall, so they can’t see everyone standing there waiting for their food. Probably won’t stop back at this location, which is quite nice looking with the renovation.

This location got a remodel recently and its very nice inside. You order at a kiosk if you are paying eith card but there is a counter with a register if you need to pay with cash. The food is pushed out a small window when its ready. I noticed delivery pick up person just standing right by the window. Maybe they could benefit from an actually pick up area. You get your own drinks and ketchup unlike McDonald’s. Dining room felt warm so that was a little uncomfortable. Food took a bit to come out but associate acknowledged that and apologized. Dont mind waiting if it comes out hot and fresh which it did. I will be back to this location.

Looks like this BK got renovated at some point, so it looks pretty new inside. They have kiosks instead of the counter person. The manager lady here was pretty friendly. Typical BK food, restrooms were nice. Decent parking, it does get busy during the rush times.

I love this location. Sometimes it takes a bit longer but it’s worth it because the food is always fresh and the people working are always very nice. We eat both breakfast and dinner here some days,the only thing we miss is the 5 dollar whoopee wendsdays but it being over does not deture us from coming GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Sometimes you just want a burger.. 3 times in 4 weeks I’ve tried getting a simple order through the drive through at this BK location. The first 2 attempts the order was wrong.. of 5 items, they screwed up 3 of them both times-had to go in to get it corrected-Menu items, nothing special… TODAY.. empty parking lot, empty drive thru.. one other car in line, 12:10pm.. pulled up was greeted with that terrible Spong Bob promo and then we sat for 6 minutes before a human came back and said they would be right with us… 2 more minutes go by and nothing.. I make eye contact with the other person sitting next to me.. she throws her arms in the air… assuming she had the same experience. I gave up and left. two full drive through lanes, and empty parking lot and nothing but lazy and incompetent staff.

I went to the drive through yesterday about 530. I waited for about 5 mins for the woman to take my order. As I started I had a coupon and asked if I could add a extra patty ,with charge of course and cheese. She says sure waited like a minute she comes back clearly irritated stating she was trying to find the extra patty button. About 45 secs later she says I’m sorry but you can only get your food exactly the way the coupon says. I then tried to order a steakhouse whopper Jr with no mushrooms as im allergic and extra aioli sauce .The woman comes back on the speaker very rudely and says Ma’am we cant do all that we don’t have the buttons for it. I used to work at BK as a Shift Mgr and know these customs are doable. In closing I was about to spend over 60 dollars on a dollar cheese meal cheesy tots 2 whoppers with cheese meals 1 with a extra patty and 2 steakhouse whopper Jr meals 1with no mushrooms all medium. I will not be returning as the service I received was terrible

This Burger King was recently rebuilt. It looks pretty nice for a Burger King, I guess. If you’re walking in, they pretty much want you to use the self-serve kiosk to place your orders; there’s no one at the counter. They have you ring a little doorbell to get their attention. Pretty nice staff, though. A lot of them have been working at that location for a long time; nice people.

Let me just say that half the breakfast line left due to not having enough staff but let’s be honest it all starts with management and if the management isn’t nice and friendly then no one will want to work for you. Also the attitude that I got with the management was disrespectful. Like how are you gonna re model this location but not have the staff. This was the worest experience ever I truly will never come back to this location. I been in management so ik how it all starts with the management. Y’all need to get your act together for this location.
