This by far has to be one of the most consistent and best Subways in Baton Rouge. My order is always correct and made fast. The employees are not big on friendly customer service but they are polite and competent. My only complaint is they rarely have chocolate chip cookies in the evenings when I go after work. But when they do have them, the cookies are the best! The neighborhood is not the best. So if you want to get in and out fast, order on the app. It’s easy and let’s you know when the order is ready.

When I first walked in, the store was clean but the customer service was horrible. The employees looked right at me and didn’t speak. I work at fast food, so when I see a customer walk inside, I instantly speak to them. I waited for the man to take my order and he didn’t say anything just staring at me. Food was great but customer service was just outrageous.

every time I have been here since January, either the manager makes my sandwich wrong or her employees makes my sandwich wrong. I add bacon they don’t put bacon on it. There’s a chicken bacon ranch that I order they don’t put bacon on it then on top of that I will tell the manager that my sandwich is in the way I asked for because when I’ve been into it, I found out and she says I’m not supposed to remake it, but I’ll do it and even if nothing is wrong, the manager always has a nasty attitude especially with her employees. As a student at Southern University when I want something other than the food on campus and I’m going here, I want a better person to do it because she does not like her customers or her employees.

On November 6, 2018 I felt intimidated by an employee at Subway in Zachary Louisiana.
I am standing waiting for someone to come and assist me with my order. After waiting this young lady comes up to me and “JUST STARES” at me as if she was trying to dig into my soul and calculate my life span…
After waiting for so long I gave up the wait for respect and took my own order.

I went to this location when my wife and I were in town for Southern’s first home game in 2017 during Labor Day weekend. We attended the pep rally/Battle of the Bands at Mumford the day before the game and decided to grab a bite afterwards. There was no wait and the little girls who worked there were the kindest and most hospitable Subway employees ever. They actually competed to be the one to help us. I live in Maryland so I’m not accustomed to being treated so well at Subway. I’d NEVER been asked if I wanted my chocolate chip cookies warmed. They were so nice to us that we went back again regardless of how badly burned and dried out the meatballs on my sandwich were. I just shrugged it off and said they were prepared “cajun style.”

Disgusting. One tray of lettuce was turning brown, olives were dried out, and cucumbers were changing color from being unused so long. The servers couldn’t have been more unorganized. Will never come here again.

This subway is ok. This service is great and I mean they keep it relatively clean. Great place to have a small meeting or what ever. Just get there before rush hour lunch to get your cookies hot

Generally consistent, but every time I order a meal, they got barely any selection of chips relative to other subways or they’ll give me the wrong cookies (I’ll ask for chocolate chip and they give me raisin…)
