This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Norman. The coffee is great (I like a classic vanilla latte). I appreciate that they have sugar free syrup options as well. They also sell pastries or egg bites that are delicious. They keep a clean and friendly environment. I appreciate the calm atmosphere to study or have a conversation with a friend. ☺️

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a large white mocha cappuccino. It cost $7.11. My cup was only about 3/4 full and it tasted like pure syrup with a bunch of white foam on top. It was so sweet I could barely drink it. I dont think it had any Expresso in it. Just sugary syrup. I know next time to just go to my favorite coffee shop Yellow Dog. They are cheaper, you get more in your cup and make their drinks alot better.

I’ve been here two times so far, and each visit has been excellent. The first time, I ordered a salted caramel shaken espresso with a ham and cheddar bagel—such a great combo. On my most recent visit, I had the bacon, egg, and cheddar wrap with an iced blueberry Cubano coffee, and it was just as delicious. The service here is consistently outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always have a positive attitude. I also really appreciate the atmosphere—it’s calm, inviting, and a great place to study or get work done without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot!

tried an iced latte with 1/2 white chocolate 1/2 toasted cinnamon. yummy but couldn’t really tasted the white chocolate. tried a bacon egg and cheese english muffin sandwich, easy 9/10! super good and about $4.50. the iced matcha latte (i tried with vanilla and lavender) was pale, nearly yellow > green, and not very matcha flavored. don’t waste money on the matcha, but the food and latte was nice! probably wouldn’t come by again unless my friends wanted to. service was great, plenty of seating, there’s just better options out there for same price.

Upon my recent visit to StellaNova Coffee Shop, I found myself underwhelmed by the overall experience. The establishment, which seems to be yet another addition to the growing list of overpriced coffee houses, left a lot to be desired.
I ordered a berry tea, anticipating a vibrant and refreshing taste. Unfortunately, the tea was remarkably bland, lacking the robust berry flavors I expected. This was a significant letdown, especially for a beverage that should have been a highlight.
The shop also fell short in terms of its food offerings. The display case, which one would assume should be filled with an array of pastries and baked goods, stood conspicuously empty. This absence of treats was not only disappointing but also detracted from the overall ambiance of a coffee shop.
Interactions with the staff did little to improve my experience. Instead of being helpful and welcoming, I found them to be more confusing than assistive. This lack of clear communication and customer service proficiency significantly diminished the quality of service.
The physical space of StellaNova also contributed to the lackluster experience. Described best as cold and overly open, it strayed far from the cozy, inviting atmosphere one typically seeks in a coffee shop. The environment felt more suited to a quick grab-and-go rather than a place to relax and savor a coffee or tea.
Overall, my visit to StellaNova Coffee Shop was quite disappointing. The combination of mediocre beverages, lack of food options, confusing service, and an unwelcoming atmosphere makes it unlikely that I would return or recommend it to others. This coffee shop seems to miss the mark on what makes a café experience enjoyable and memorable.

Even the bathroom is a lovely experience! I’ve only been here 3 times but they’re so friendly and I love the atmosphere. Definitely check them out. If you’re unsure about a drink, ask. They once told me to try my drink and if it wasn’t sweet enough they’d give me another pump of peppermint. It was delicious!
