This location is always backed up on orders, even when there’s no cars in sight. I ordered on the app for pick up, and still waited 15 minutes. My fish sandwich had all of the ingredients I didn’t want. My daughter’s burger had all the ingredients she didn’t want. I went to the counter and waited, and the guy tried to apologize because it’s busy and rushing through orders. Busy should not mean they rush and screw up every order. Two other orders were messed up while I waited 15 minutes for my order. If they can’t handle the orders, this location should not be in operation. Keep your $10 voucher. I tossed my entire order in the trash. I’m done with Burger King (except the one at Universal Orlando where they are apparently the only one that hires competent humans). “Have it your way” is dead, King.
