This restaurant is so fun! Their tequila club is very intriguing. The food is excellent with huge portions – the house made salsa is top notch! La Fiesta has the best margaritas, and are very generous with their pours – highly recommend the smoky pineapple margarita with mezcal! The service here is incredible, very kind, prompt and we felt very well taken care of. We will definitely return soon!

Amazing food! We have been meaning to stop by for dinner for a while, but we don’t frequently pass thru West Linn. Tonight was the perfect chance… Gorgeous evening and a patio table calling to us.
We were greeted right away, and offered guacamole, which sounded perfect, and it was — fresh and spiced just right. We pondered the menu while enjoying excellent Cadillac Margaritas.
We decided to split the Trio Molcajete (I think the menu says “must have”, and it’s not wrong). An amazing combo of precisely cooked shrimp, tender chicken and steak, simmering in a large Molcajete bowl with peppers, onions, avocado, melted cheese and the most amazing sauce. It’s easily enough for two people.
A perfect streetside dinner with a setting sun and the local community gathering with family and friends. Truly special!
2026-01… Returned for round 2, and we were not disappointed. Fantastic (very flashy) Jose Margaritas con añejo, the spectacular guac, and steak & shrimp fajitas. Delicious!

We tried La Fiesta for breakfast and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. I had the huevos con chorizo, which I found to be a bit unflavorful with smaller portions than expected. My dining partner ordered the breakfast burrito, and unfortunately, it really missed the mark. The tortillas were hard, flavorless, and overall the dish just didn’t have much to offer.
The atmosphere leans heavily toward promoting alcohol, with shelves full of tequila and a setup that feels more like a bar than a family-friendly restaurant. For someone who doesn’t drink, that part of the experience isn’t appealing and overshadows the food.
Overall, this place might work better if you’re looking for a bar-style hangout, but as a spot to grab a flavorful breakfast, it didn’t deliver for us.

The Boss
The place had some delicious food. 15-20 plates made to order. The food wasn’t instant, which really shows when you can taste the quality. Ordered an appetizer of flautas and honestly probably the best I’ve ever had. The freshness and the preparation, shredded cabbage and melted cheese bedding. Would definitely order again!

The crab enchilada was fair, they use real crab which is a plus but there was a good amount of shell in my food so it was hard to eat. My partner got the Tacos Al Cabron. He said his meal was good but a bit too greasy for his personal liking. Service was good, a bit slow but we aren’t a needy table. I would go back and try something else off the menu. It was overall a decent experience

Really amazing drinks, food was delicious, I had the la fiesta burrito with asada and it was the best burrito I’ve ever had. But my drink- mezcal with pineapple and passion fruit, so delicious. Daniel was our server and was very very friendly and on top of it. Make sure you eat here!

We had a group of 6 immediately following our oldest sons graduation, made reservations ahead of time, best decision! The table was ready with service waiting for our orders. This was our first time here, each of us ordering something different, and not a bad bite!! The food was delicious and better than expected!

Had a great meal here and awesome tequila selection 230 options our server said. I had the Creme Pollo with broccoli and my wife had a taco salad. Great chips and salsa as well. Only suggestion is a hotel chili option the spicy sauce they had was not hot enough. Will be back!

Man this was our favorite place but this last experience was not so good! They spilled an entire salsa container that they use to fill up the bowls on me and my brother got all over our clothes and shoes. After that it felt like they were avoiding our table didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks! If you make a mistake/accident like that you should at least give a small discount for the inconvenience! I felt like the service and situation wasn’t handled well! I understand making mistakes but as someone who’s worked in the food industry we always made up for the accident! I still love the food and drinks but this time around customer service was lacking! Probably unfortunately won’t return and I use to come here all the time!
