It’s a good Panera. Good selection of muffins and treats. Lots of tables and booths. Service is friendly except when busy for lunch not as helpful. Automated everything so if there is a snag it takes awhile but they figured it out.

Full of happy HS students, since it’s just across the street. Can be crowded and noisy, but often not.
I went with my 3 grandsons, and they fetched everything, so it was perfect for me.

Last time I got a different sandwich than what I ordered in to-go.. mentioned about that when I picked up today’s to-go order. No change in the taste and we enjoyed the food. Unfortunately we saw a paper(must be cheese sheet) in my kid’s sandwich. Appreciate if they take care in future.

I like to sit outside here, they have the perfect little spot out back. The problem is that every time I come out here it’s a complete mess, tables are never wiped down, there’s always garbage all over the ground under the tables. What should be a really cool chill spot is more of dumpster.

The food was really slapped together. The slices of the grilled sandwich did not align and soup was splattered all over the bowls, plates, and apples. There were maybe 7 people in the whole place, so it was not busy. I could almost feel the disdain 🙁 Didn’t make for a great meal nor experience.

You probably already know this, but Liz at the front counter is fantastic; she always gives exemplary customer service. Knows the menu, knows what people might want, and most importantly, is friendly.

I wish I had left a positive review sooner, but this was so uniquely horrible that I sadly have to leave a critical review. Historically, this Panera has been fantastic. This past visit was plainly disappointing.
My girlfriend and I ordered as we usually do, smoothly, but when we took a seat in the booth by the food window, a SWARM of fruit flies? Gnats? Whichever demons clouded around our heads. We noticed another moving cloud by the trash, so we moved down booth by booth, all seats taken by the dozens of tiny flies. The wall by the end even had a decent amount. It was horrible.
The back, however, was much better. We took a seat back there, our appetites diminishing, and noticed trash on the ground, little bits, everywhere. I only got one picture as to not get other patrons in the images. It was very uncomfortable dining in this giant dumpster today. So as we waited, we looked at the reviews on here and found out this has been happening for over a month. Who fired the star employee? Or did everyone quit? We discussed this over mediocre sandwiches with skimped ingredients and wet bread. It was just like an unsettling dissociative nightmare. Please kill the bugs.

Just bought an $8 bowl of French onion soup. Just broth and onions. No cheese or croutons. You literally have bread in your name, and you’re out of bread? It’s time these companies who keep raising prices but not quality go out of business. Oh yea, I had to add that cheese when I got home. As you can see, it’s not melting because the soup is tepid at best.

Had the Asian chicken salad which was very tasty. Waited in line to order and ended up switching to ordering using the kiosk when the line was moving to slowly.

This location is consistently terrible. I usually love Panera, which is why I have given them multiple chances but my orders are frequently wrong/ missing items. Today I only ordered one item, so they managed to get that part right (hence the one star) but the avocado slices they gave me were unacceptable. This wasn’t the first time it had looked questionable but today it was the worst I have seen. Note to Panera employees: If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t put it on a paying customer’s sandwich.
