Ordered fries got Half order of fries. Be sure to ck your bag before you pull off. We got left over fries and they split what they had already cooked between 2 people and they were cold I paid 29.and change for this meal when clearly I would have been better off eating at home. Which I plan on doing lot more often. But when I do eat out I will POST AN HONEST REVIEW.

I have been to this Krystal several times during the past year. The food is always delicious! The burgers are hot and fresh, and they have just the right amount of mustard and onions. I usually get tater tots instead of fries, and the tots are always hot and fresh, too. I used to like Krystal’s french fries, but when they changes them a few years ago to the kind that have potato peels on them, it ruined the flavor. The tots are an excellent substitute.

It’s actually a negative one star for this stupid restaurant. Very rude, disrespectful people and that’s including management. Placed an order yesterday. The app said they were open. It took my order. Told me that the order was ready and was supposed to be a delivery so doordash received notification the order was ready and then the order was canceled by doordash because the store was closed. After trying to contact the store to rectify the situation we were met with nothing but rude and being cussed out and we were straight told we were not getting our food or the money back and to go to hell. This restaurant is probably the worst Krystal’s I’ve ever seen in my life the manager commented on my Facebook post and denied everything because all her little friends were on there backing her up and they were not even at the restaurant when this all happened.
And im noticing that the owner only replies to positive comments on these reviews. I guess they don’t care about what really goes on at their restaurant.

Went through last night and ordered 4 chicken and 4 burgers. We ordered no pickles on the burgers and asked them to be sure not to get any contents of the hamburgers on the chicken cause I have a red meat allergy due to AGS. Long story short, they didnt comply with a single request we made. The burgers had pickles and they contaminated the chicken sandwiches. I only made it through 2 of the 4 chicken sandwiches before my throat started swelling and i started puking. Due to their negligence i was sick the entire night. Fortunately it wasnt bad enough to need to use an epipen or make a hospital trip. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant due to their inability to follow a simple request.

Tables dirty, ketchup dried on them, hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. 3 employees, all 3 standing to the side scrolling their phones cause I could see them from the window. Had to order online because nobody would come to window, paid and waited another 15 minutes after order was supposed to be done because they were STILL on their phones. I know it’s just a small part time job, but come on guys. Food was okay
