For a long time now, they’ve only been giving me one of the sauces shown in the picture above. I’ve always ordered online for pickup and I always ask for this type of sauce, and wow, surprise, they only give me one for every six dishes I order, and sometimes even I ordered more. And the sauces I don’t want or even ask for, like the hot sauce, which I don’t want, they always give me tons of. I used to order once or twice a week, but because of this kind of stinginess, I stopped. A few weeks ago, I ordered again, and it’s always the same. What’s worse is that if you order online, they always give you the wrong food and it’s spoiled. Honestly, I no longer recommend this place. Besides that, the staff is extremely rude. I’d rather go all the way to Bentonville and go to the competition to enjoy a good Asian meal.

We love Panda Express! The kids are always craving their orange chicken and chow mein. We stop by at least once a week for a lunch meal, and it’s always hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s our go-to for a quick and satisfying meal.

Fast-moving people. A lot of food choices. If you are craving Asian-Chinese/Filipino food, this is a good option. A bowl is suitable for kids. The plate gives an adult another option for the side. This will always be an option for an affordable lunch/dinner for the whole family

It is Panda, and it is express. If you like fast-food Chinese, Panda Express gets the job done. This particular location is usually pretty clean, with kind staff, several of which are bilingual. Only downside is the TINY parking lot and with the amount of traffic it gets, it cam be hard to navigate.

Food was ok. Service was good but I said twice that it was for here and they put everything in a bag. All tables were dirty so I had to clean one with a napkin in order to seat at a “clean “ one

Honestly I hate this place, the food is always bland. For some reason my wife likes it so I just power through the walnut shrimp and oily rice/noodles with zero flavor. Make sure to ask for soy sauce, you will need it.

If I could leave zero, I would. I paid $25 for food to be delivered. I ordered through the PANDA app. I don’t even have DoorDash. The order was never delivered and then the store manager argued with me and refused to provide contact information for a district manager or someone that was above her level. I was contacted by DoorDash who couldn’t do anything but tell me they had a picture-of the food delivered in the wrong place and they couldn’t refund me because, again, I ordered through the PANDA app. When I told the manager, Sarah, I wanted a refund she told me I’d need to contact DoorDash-who had already told me that they couldn’t refund something they didn’t charge. The charge shows on my statement as FROM PANDA. Panda’s reliance upon a third-party delivery service lost them any future business from me. I won’t even be dining there in person going forward because arguing with a customer or trying to accuse them of lying about a delivery being taken to the wrong place is unacceptable. If you can’t hold your driver accountable, don’t use the service. I’m still awaiting a response from guest services because there’s not even a number to call on the app for issues with delivery. Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.

My husband and I just bought dinner here. I got the broccoli and beef this is what it looked like a bowl almost full of just rice with 3 bite size pieces of beef and a few chunks of broccoli. I may as well have just ordered rice. My husband asked for chicken fried rice she rudely said we don’t have that.. then he asked for fried rice which they did have, and then had to order something completely separate from it that had some chicken in it. Then she tossed it on top of the rice with about three bites of chicken. He never asked her to do that. If this is how panda express puts out their portions then we wont be back. Way too expensive for that.
