I accidentally left my wallet here, and they kept it safe for me.
I really appreciate their honesty and help!
Adding bacon to a burger costs $2 more….a pound of bacon costs $4-$6.

I visited your location today and ordered a Santa Barbara Char Meal, and I included ranch sauce with my order. I was charged $0.66 for the sauce, which was correctly included in my order total of $19.06.
However, when I asked the cashier for the ranch sauce at pick-up, they told me I had to pay an additional $0.66, even though I had already paid for it. I explained that it was part of my original order, but they still insisted I pay again, which was frustrating and disappointing.
I would appreciate it if you could review this and ensure your staff is aware when a customer has already paid for add-ons like sauces. I love your food, but experiences like this make it feel unfair
Original review: for Castro Valley location: good food offerings but doesn’t quite seem to be made as well as Dublin’s location, not as fresh (their timing of sides and sandwiches prep do not match) and the guest service not quite up to par either, thus 4 stars. At Dublin, staff walked around asking each guest how they’re doing. That did not happen at Castro Valley.
