Ridiculous experience. Website wouldn’t let me order at this location so I called. Apparently they have a call center for ordering. She couldn’t help me use points so transferred me directly to the store after I’d given her my order. Since she couldn’t help me use my points I assumed she didn’t put in my order. The store couldn’t help either so I went ahead and ordered with them, at this point I’d been on the phone with them for 20 minutes. I arrived to a man very upset about his 16 pizzas that they didn’t have but he’d already paid over the phone. They finally acknowledged that I was waiting and when they checked there were 2 identical orders for me. I explained what happened and the girl said, “soooo…?” I told her I didn’t want both orders. So when I got home, the garlic knots had leaked all over my car seat and my suede purse. The purse is completely ruined and I’m going to have to get the car seat professionally cleaned to try and get the grease out. When I opened up the pizzas, they were cut so crooked and the pizza was about 1/3 crust. I will definitely not be going to this location again. The manager seemed like he was really trying but there was obviously a huge disconnect with the other employees. P.S. The man’s 16 pizzas were at the incorrect location.

The window advertisement says 2 for $6.99, but the offer is online only. They won’t honor the request if you walk in. Also, calling into the store sends you overseas. I wanted to call on the way home and pay when I got there, but that is now impossible. You are a local store. If you want to be a ghost kitchen then do that. Otherwise make it easier for people to actually get the food

We ordered a couple build-your-own pizzas, one without cheese, a thin crust pepperoni pizza and cheesesticks. Everything came out perfectly and quickly! Very friendly service when I went to pick it up. Thanks for the delicious dinner!

Most of the time they get it right, if they don’t they fix it. I’m happy here…. this Papa John’s has been an absolute Godsend, my kitchen is being remodeled, after a flood in June.

Everyone single staff member is so sweet! You can feel the genuine joy when walking through the doors. I didn’t get any names, but there was a young lady with colorful hair and then another young lady along side her who were both so so kind and honestly very fun to talk to! I love this business and the food is awesome too! Keep being amazing!
