Pizza is always fresh and piping hot! The crust is perfect. I guarantee you will eat the crust (even if you never eat your crust)! The crust is flavorful and crispy on the bottom but soft on the inside.
They always put plenty of toppings.
You can’t beat the quality and price!!! The guys tha run the place, are incredibly kind. I ALWAYS enjoy chatting with them.
If you haven’t been – go ASAP!

They ripped me off on my online order they charged me a five dollar tip when I didn’t even authorize it then the owner claims it wasn’t his fault it was the Internet the pizza was more crust mainly and seemed all topping got just baked in the middle they were very rude with me when I argued about the price and how they ripped me off on the tip called also to complain and owner was very rude good luck if you decide to eat there maybe they were just hurting for money that daydont know? Won’t ever in my life order there again

Decent prices, but the pizza by the slices aren’t reheated enough to where the cheese is actually melted. A little disappointed, but overall good. I’m sure fresh the quality is better.

Based on 1 slice in one visit passing through- Solid joint for decent NYC style slices (by NYC standards). It would be middling in NYC, which is worth 5 stars in Texas, let alone a smaller city. I asked if the bottom surface is a little crispy, and they said they could do that, and they did without burning the top, which gave it a good structure and texture and it didn’t make it particularly hard or too tough, though there was a bit of extra dryness toward the wide end. The cheese coverage was a little uneven, and the cheese flavor was a bit extra salty/savory/aged like there’s some parmesan in there, while I’d prefer it leaned more in the milder, creamy mozz direction; however the cheese texture is not dry or plasticky, nor excessively oily. The crust toward the point was a bit thinner than ideal so you lose a bit of the distinct fresh dough fluff there. That said, the crust is clearly from fresh dough and by far the closest to a good NYC slice I can recall having outside NYC. It has that critical gradient of thin crispy bottom with soft but cooked dough above, retaining some airiness through approx the outer half. The sauce is solid– middle of the road in all respects, no surprises, good flavor and texture with about the right coverage. I’d definitely take these reheat slices over something like a fresh pie from Grimaldi’s in Dallas regardless of the lineage.

Just found out about this hidden gem in 2023! Yes I’m a bit late, and bummed I haven’t been enjoying this delicious pizza sooner! Nevertheless I found it and it’s great! Huge space indoors, aracade games for the kids, friendly staff. I only got two slices (under 10 bucks too) but I’m about to order a whole pie

I absolutely love Giorgio’s. It was one of the first places I ate at in Lubbock awhile back. Great lunch specials. If you have time, I highly recommend ordering a whole fresh pizza.
