Terrible service. Too bad. The pontiac location absolutely rocks it. For some reason the staff at Wendy’s Manteno can not get it together ti fulfill a simple order. Drive through guy apparently needs more training. Hamburger, french fries and a drink. I have a coupon for the french fries. That is not so hard right? Somehow we are not able to simply accept the coupon. We need a separate order to accept the coupon. I thought we were doing a little better here with more adults providing services but I guess training lacking any customer services is the norm here.

Would’ve left negative stars if I could. Ordered Doordash with them as I do almost every week. Have a few little minor issues with my order understandable with delivery food services. Got my order today and they were out of one of my items, instead of reaching out to me they just assumed and gave me another item, which said item looked like it was cooked by a blow torch and left out for about a hour

Worst experience yet. I ordered through the mobile app.
They got my drink wrong. They gave me expired sour cream. They forgot my frosties. They forgot my fries. They forgot my nuggets. The cup of drink was filled to the top and the lady just handed it to me even though it was dripping. They didn’t put the lid on the frosty and I almost dropped it in the exchange. The salad I got looked like it was a week old.
I am never ever going here again and i urge everyone to do the same

We wanted to try a couple of the breakfast items so here’s my review. Ordered the sausage, cheese and swiss crossiant it was ok but I probably wouldn’t order again… nothing about it really stands out to where you say Wow I have to order this again. However and I would feel wrong if I didn’t add this the eggs are real no powdered eggs there! The biscuits and gravy however were pretty good will order that again especially considering there’s not many fast food restaurants that have the b&g on their menu. The Frosticinno.. don’t bother it honestly tastes like a stale Frosty that was left out overnight, melted and reserved with some ice thrown into it. Sorry Wendy’s your not my favorite Breakfast

I wanted to take a moment to share a disappointing experience I had during a recent visit to your restaurant. When I walked in, a young lady was assisting someone at the drive-through, and a taller white woman with blondish hair was working at the grill. I stood at the counter for several minutes—close to 10—without being greeted or acknowledged.
The woman at the grill looked in my direction multiple times, and we even made eye contact on at least four occasions. Despite that, she never greeted me or acknowledged my presence. At one point, she walked by me to hand something to a customer at the window. I said, “Hi, ma’am, how are you? Did you see me?” She replied, “No,” but still offered no apology or further interaction.
Shortly after, another shorter, possibly Hispanic employee wearing a uniform shirt and accompanied by a small child entered the restaurant. She also saw me standing there, walked right past me without saying a word, and headed to the back without acknowledging me.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service, no greeting, no acknowledgment, no apology. It left me feeling unwelcome and disregarded. I hope this feedback can be used to reinforce the importance of acknowledging every guest promptly and treating each person who walks in the door with kindness and respect.

I had a difficult time finding any fast food place that offered a smaller chicken sandwich! But Wendy has one! I just discovered the BLT crispy chicken. It’s really tasty and it’s not as huge or as costly as other places! Finally! Somebody cared about those of us with a smaller appetite!

Had a coupon for buy one chicken sandwich, get one free. I checked my receipt and was charged an extra dollar for the second chicken sandwich. Asked the cashier and she told me that was the only coupon code they had for chicken sandwiches. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in a rush…2 cars were behind me… and to pull up. Manager came out and said.. and i quote…”what was wrong?” Explained the issue and she had a dollar in her pocket, handed it to me, and walked away. No apology, no explanation. Obviously customer service wasn’t trained here not only to their employees but management. I will go elsewhere for my lunch from now on. Teach your management how to program registers in the future.

Me and my wife went through the other evening for a small and medium frosty. At the drive through we were handed two Frosty’s, but they were both the same size. I asked the employee at the drive through if one was medium and he said yes. I accepted the fact that maybe my eyes were playing games on me, but they both appear to be a small when we ordered a small and medium.
