I placed and online order for a 12″ sub, soda, and chips. When I got there a 6″ sub was made. I told the person at the register, and she snatched the bag from me rudely to make me a second and very sad/soggy 6″ sub that tasted like what bandaids smell like. The soda fountain was broken and the workers did not seem to care. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

Awful customer service. Came in for 2 grinders and the lady helping us was very rude and rushed us through our order, didn’t ask if the subs were different and seemed annoyed when I told her they weren’t the same when she started to just throw them together. Not to mention she didn’t build the subs correctly, putting the chicken down on the bottom of the bread followed by the cheese with a careless helping of teriyaki on top of the cheese… She made comments under her breath to her coworker who seemed a bit more professional as they were cashing us out. Very rushed, very rude.

This poor subway worker is working a busy restaurant in 92 temperature. The a/c is not working and it’s hot!!! Owen is making the best of it and even joking with all of us. Good bless his heart! Subway shame on you and get the ac fixed!!

I go here often for my work lunch. Young lady long black hair, I asked her for a little bit of honey mustard and mayo on my sandwich and she absolutely drenches my sub in both. Even my coworker noticed it. Come on, my sub is practically a soup now.

Stopped on my way to a party to grab a grinder to take with me. The young lady working was very pleasant and made me an excellent veggie grinder with marinara sauce and provolone, deliciousness! I was in and out no line, nice, and back in the road! Nice and clean as well!

I wanted to come and write a review because this was the best experience I have had at a Subway in a long time. I didn’t catch his name but a gentleman with tattoos helped me out and was quick, extremely nice and when I went outside to eat, he brought me a glass of ice water! What a guy- thanks for the conversation and great sandwich.

Open sign was not lit when I drove by at noon. Should have kept driving. $5.00 subs when you order 2 or more is not honored here. I get this offer on my phone and see it on television all the time. So I paid $5.00 more here. ($4.95 to be exact). Ladies serving me were perfect. Sorry about not leaving a tip. Hope they understand why.

The past 2 visits to this location have been mediocre at best. Last time we ordered a BLT via phone and received a grinder with just bacon and mayo?! This past visit, it took 15 mins to make a sandwich while I stood and waited with no one in the store! First the drink machine needed to be loaded, then the boxes recycled, then the bread taken from the oven. The server had difficulty remembering the order and didn’t fully cook the bacon. Brought 2 chicken sandwiches home and both were gross, and these are our go-to normal subway orders. This place needs to step it up, no wonder it was empty on a Friday evening.

All milks in fridge were expired by over two weeks. Did not put anywhere near two scoops of steak on my steak and cheese grinder. Ask for extra cheese and got five slices total. Four is a normal amount. Ask for extra mayonnaise and got debatably less than a regular amount because it was all that was left in the bottle. Did not give me an opportunity to ask for more before he started rapping it. Slow service and poor attitude
