El Ranchito has been a longtime favorite in Madison, and it still delivers. I had the chicken fajita quesadilla, which was flavorful, hot, and very satisfying.

10/10 Recommend! I sat at the bar, and I had a great experience. I went alone. Two bartenders were so nice and was making the BEST DRINKS! Fajitas was great! Checked on me periodically! I definitely plan on coming back. Well priced, I just had more than one drink lol!

Plastic melted in one of the kids quesadillas, my food was dry, paid extra for cheese on the already extra dry burrito to only get maybe yea spoon of cheese on top. Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever ate in Jackson,ms!!!! Acted like I was a problem for saying anything about it will not be back!

I walked in and ordered mix fajitas and a P5 (veggies added) on a Friday evening. Once I got home I saw my P5 had no cheese whatsoever. Okay, I get it people mess up or get distracted being it is a Friday. I took a picture of my food and I called to let them know hey you forgot the cheese(if anyone knows anything about a happy plate/p5 it’s the cheese that makes this dish) they say “come get it, we will give it to you”
So, I go back. I walk in and I’m dismissed. Dismissed… really… I was respectful and tackf yet they are treating me as if I’m an inconvenience because of their lack.
NOT ACCEPTABLE! The manner in which I was treated—-I’ll find me another restaurant

A “local person” mentioned this restaurant. The food was good and plentiful. The carnitas were flavorful. The other dish is a tremendous amount of food for one person. If you aren’t very hungry you should definitely inquire about portion size. LOL!

Ordered Togo from here last night and found hair in my meal. What’s even worse is that I had been eating it before I found the hair (it wasn’t on top it was down in the food). I was disappointed because I had to call back 3 times to make the Togo order after phone was answered and put down the 1st time and went unanswered the second time. This place was my husband’s favorite but I draw the line at hair in my food.
