Company did our 2025 Christmas party here! Staff was very accommodating, we were able to bring in third party casino tables and had an amazing time in their private room. Bar was open afterwards for a good night of hair of the dog! Would recommend for private events, entrees and apps are delicious!

What a huge disappointment. Saturday reservations for 6:45 pm. First, its LOUD. You can hear people all around you and the music is way too loud too. The rooms are too small so sound just bounces off the walls I guess. Then there is the “service”. Water with no ice and not even cold. I can still taste the tap. It was gross. No bread to the table so we ordered the cornbread app. Well, over 30 min later it shows up. It was only very slightly warm and tasted average at best. Then our mains were a no show. The app was sitting on the table as we waited and our server came by to ask if we wanted desert, before our main courses were even served!!! LMAO. Scary bad!!! Food finally shows up with excuse of it being busy. Haha. They must’ve been serving royalty because they made us feel like peasants. The food was just fine. At that point, we were so ready to get the hell outa there but I had to get our server’s attention for the priveledge of getting our check. Overall, it was painful. My wife had a bad day and i wanted to treat her to a nice meal. What a mistake. I hope she forgives me. Oh, and as we left they gave us a card for a free app on our next visit. Interesting that they have these pre-printed LOL. Needless to say, we will never go back.

OMG just had the best lunch out in months here. The cauliflower tacos were simply fabulous. Cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. My friend had the pan seared scallops and was also impressed.
We were there for a Friday lunch and the place was extremely quiet. I can’t say if you can get the same attention to detail at dinner time, but one would hope so. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive. Thanks Michaela.
The decor was nice, but nothing that special. A really nice patio is available. The only negative observed was both soap dispensers in the men’s room were empty.
A bit on the expensive side for my typical lunch, but definitely worth it. If you want to try something a bit different you have to give Bistro603 a chance.
On other visits I’ve had the eggs Benedict with ham with home fries. It too is excellent. It is heartier than most Benedicts with a really substantial slab of ham on top. While it is very tasty, I do find that the very thick ham throws off the balance of the dish for me.

My husband and I went here for my anniversary and everything was amazing! Recently found out I have to eat gluten free (celiac), and honestly don’t go to many restaurants anymore. But, this was absolutely amazing! Everything was made separately and from scratch, they had separate fryers for gf foods. I was so happy to finally enjoy a meal out like I used to.

We had nachos for an app which were extremely filling and tasty. Served with green salsa and aioli.
Great vegetarian menu for my wife she ordered the Mediterranean bowl. I had the Bistro Burger. A little greasy but flavorful and fresh. Fries were hand cut but not very crispy.
Overall- the spot boasts a scratch kitchen and has a unique menu. You can get a tasty meal here and if you like drinks then they’ve got you covered.

I couldn’t have been more blown away with how amazing this place was. The food options are awesome. They have a whole menu for vegan/vegetarians, which I don’t need, but I know many people would love. I order the chicken and NOT waffle Benedict and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the burger crunch wrap, which he also enjoyed. We shared the steak and cheese egg rolls and our only complaint is we wanted more! They have a bloody mary card to fill out with everything you could want in or on one. It is definitely a must try spot. Service was friendly. My only complaint is it was a little too noisy for my liking, but some people love that!

The food was great! Well prepared and very tasty. Generous portions.
We ended with bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and blackberries that we shared, and it was good we shared because it was so big!
The only downside was the coffee. It tasted a little off, and it might have been because they were closing soon.

We went out to dinner for a celebration. Everyone ordered something different. We started out with Nacho appetizer and specialty beverages. The food here is made from scratch. And it did not disappoint. It was very busy. We could hear each other talk. I had salmon. It was just enough for me but it wouldn’t have been enough for most men or those with hearty appetite. Everyone was very pleased with the food, its presentation was mouth watering. I would definitely go again.

First time visitors on 12/31/25 for our friends birthday and we were so blown away by the cleanliness and friendly staff! My fiancé and I got there early, so had a few drinks at the bar. Bartender was phenomenal! She adjusted a drinks liquor for me from Gin to Tequila and was so friendly. Once we were seated, we had a private room for our large group of 8 – the waitress was not only so funny, but so kind to all of us! The food is top notch and the drinks were flowing steadily. I would 1,000% return and hopefully very soon!
