Not sure why this place is rated 4.7,my 1st visit and was not impressed! Service was slow, place seems kinda small, but not a big deal, was very clean! I get chicken fajitas at every restaurant with corn tortillas! The fajitas, onions and peppers where cooked like i requested, large serving of chicken fajitas, but cold plate looked like a child’s serving size, the sour cream was almost spoiled and the tea had a funny taste like moldy! My daughter had the chicken flautas, and found a small bone in them, she lost her appetite, we ordered queso and it was good! Not sure if I’ll be back, other places in Alvin area are much better food quality and better service! Sorry! I tryed!

Whoa! This is REALLY good Mexican food. The green salsa is legit spicy (be careful) and the red salsa is mild but tasty. There are several good options to try that are not listed on the menu. Plus – they have fresh flan! Daily specials too with good pricing. Highly recommended.

My family and I were greatly disappointed about this place. We were recommended from a friend to try it out,so we did. Ordered the menudo, tasted old and not fresh, hominy was very mushy. The chicken that was in the questilla and flautas was very dry and over seasoned. The beans were on the edge of almost being spoiled and extremely salty, not fresh at all. The ONLY food that was good was the rice and the homemade tortillas. Plus it took about 10-15 minutes for us to even get our chips and salsa from the start. I had high hopes but very disappointed but hopefully they will do better in the future.

Small town hole in the wall vibes. The kind and welcoming staff consisted of one person while I was there. The huge breakfast burrito took a little time, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

This place might be small but it’s mighty in taste.

Get the enchiladas or flautas if you are on a rush. I promise you they will still be fresh once home. ✅
