First visit and I had the salmon bento box. Everything was fresh and delicious, and our server was very friendly. I will definitely return!

I wanted to take the kids out for something different, and got just what I was looking for! We all loved the food. It was different and delicious. We’re definitely going back. The plates off the kids menu were large and satisfying. They offered a variety of condiments to compliment your meal. The only hard thing was deciding what I wanted to try from their large menu.

The sushi is just okay, just note all “crab” items—including the expensive “snow crab” rolls—are just surimi (imitation crab), which feels like false advertising. If you try to have it removed from your bill, expect a frustrating pushback. The service overall is another weak point—the staff seems poorly trained and uninterested, clearly just there for a paycheck. There’s no sense of hospitality or effort to make guests feel welcome.
That said, the food does have some highlights. The Penang curry is excellent, and I keep coming back for it. The Pad Thai and hibachi are also solid, and the seaweed salad is surprisingly amazing. Although be careful with the soy sauce—it’s much stronger than at most places.
Lastly avoid the fountain drinks (Shreveports swampy water taste), and the soups carry a mild version of it too. Luckily, they offer bottled sodas, water, and alcohol.

Dining? Very good!
Service? Absolutely dismal.
It bemuses me how amazing a restaurant’s food can be — and also how quickly and drastically its quality can be affected by the service in which it was served. We visit this restaurant a couple of times a year when we feel like having good Thai cuisine. At this point, we expect to compromise — eat good food with the cost being bad service. It’s very disappointing how customers like us pay for food and try to ignore the bad service so we may enjoy our time together while eating good food. Red curry? Awesome. Spicy noodles? Super tasty. The rude and disrespectful head shake we received when asking for an item? Disappointing and frustrating. We like the cuisine from this restaurant and do recommend it, but if dining in, caution others to not expect a friendly experience. I would not be so critical of this restaurant’s service if it weren’t for a recurring experience. However, I suggest others to visit themselves and decide if the tasty food is worth the bleak service.

Ordered my favorite dish & they nailed it! The portion was so generous, with 2 fried eggs (which I’ve never seen anywhere else). The spiciness level is choice of 1-5. I chose 3 which was still pleasant, but if you are a spicy lover, I’d go for 4 or 5 to get the kick. The service was great & super fast too. Recommended!

I ordered spicy noodles. Not spicy at all. Too salty. Online doesn’t have option to choose spicy level. Too bad

Someone recommended this place to me. At first I was hesitant to go there, but I was craving some pho so I gave in and went to this place. Looks cute inside. I ordered pho, it was pretty good. Keep in mind the portions are huge. We also got kids chicken hibachi, rice was tasty. And we got cucumber and Philadelphia rolls, which wasn’t too bad. The staff was nice too.

Though decently sized, it gives hole in the wall vibes. I love that. We went during lunch; it wasn’t packed at all. They had very relaxing zen type music playing, and the lights weren’t super bright. I loved it. The food came out quickly and everything was so good. I ordered the crab wontons. They were okay. If you prefer sweet flavors over savory, you’ll love them. Their edamame was fresh, hot, and delicious. My coworker had the sushi bento box. She said everything was fresh and delicious. I had the Red Dragon roll. It was perfect and so beautifully plated.

The worst basil fried rice I have ever had. Bland, mushy rice with boiled flavorless chicken. I couldn’t even eat it. And the “pork” spring roll was actually the same flavorless chicken. Seriously, how do you mess up spring rolls?!
I will say, the spicy noodles with beef was tasty.

It may not look like much from the outside, but the food is to die for! So much to choose from. My boyfriend and I got the papaya salad, fried gyoza, pineapple curry bowl, and the sushi deluxe plate and it was all top notch. Will def be coming back next time I am in Shreveport!
