BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES
I was went around 930 to 10 AM , Taco Bell on El Camino Redwood City I was order chicken crunchy taco and chicken Chalupa but instead of chicken she put beef in there , also when I try to eating chicken CHALUPA , bad smell coming in there’s and I don’t eat beef when I go back to ask her she’s very rude there’s two ladies one young 2nd one Kind of mature but really bad service I don’t wanna go again and I hardly recommend please don’t go there don’t waste your time go somewhere else

This location deserves an honorable mention for embracing the art of trash tacos. Shoutout to the real ones ordering six hard shells with fire sauce and eating them to the face like you’re avenging every time you didn’t have lunch money in middle school. If Dante’s Inferno had a fast-food chapter, this would be the Gluttony circle—and we’d be posted up proudly.
There’s just something iconic about that shredded lettuce-to-cheese-to-dicey-tomato ratio. And the wrap? Lazy. Sloppy. Glorious. Just like my decision-making skills after 9pm.
Taco Bell here doesn’t pretend to be authentic, and that’s the beauty of it. It shows up, does its greasy job, and lets you spiral with dignity.

Went through the drive through and it was interesting the person taking the order changed midway. Without notice and I was like… what the.. anyways.. food was alright. No chicken in my chicken burrito.. but I tried the dollar menu so maybe they made it with chicken stock. The other stuff for the family was alright. We got a bowl which was good and their chicken quesadillas are pretty awesome.
