Came here for lunch. Ive never had Spanish cuisine before so I thought this would be a great place to try it, and I was correct.
I ordered the Paella de Candela, it was phenomenal. The fish was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing!
I also had an espresso and Ive been to Italy and I would say it was comparable. Amazing
On top of that the owner Armando is an amazing chef and a great host along with his staff. They make you feel welcome and the vibes are great hear.

We had such a fantastic lunch experience at Candela Restaurant! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. My husband mentioned he felt like having Paella, and that’s how I found the restaurant. The attention, the taste, the quality of the ingredients, not a single thing failed to impress us. We got the shrimps, house bread, a special chicken breast with a side of rice for our fussy little 7 year old, garlic shrimps, seafood stew, steak and potatoes… and the desserts, almond tart, house flan.
You MUST come and try this place, unmissable.

WOW! This was our second time at Candela. This time, we had my husband’s birthday dinner there with about 7 people. The appetizers/tapas were beyond delicious. Would highly recommend the octopus, the yuca, the potatoes – the list goes on! Some advice – do not leave there without trying the paella – the best you’ve ever had! The chef/owner kept coming over to us and talking to us about the food – the servers, the staff, everyone was just wonderful. What an incredible, personal experience… cannot wait to go back.

This place is amazing! I’m so angry I didn’t find out about it sooner. It’s located across from the BLYSS apartments, very cozy inside. The skirt steak was so so good. Cooked exactly how I wanted and priced really fair. The paella was also great and also priced very fair. Good portions. I think we found our new spot!
